Sorry, But No Money For You

I agree with the City of Cleveland.
From the NY Daily News: The city of Cleveland’s response to a lawsuit filed by the family of Tamir Rice says the 12-year-old boy is to blame for his own death by police.
The young boy seen milling about his neighborhood park had less than two seconds to react to two Cleveland police officers who drove right up to the gazebo and shot Tamir, mistaking his pellet gun as a real and dangerous weapon.
Rookie police officer Timothy Loehmann shot Tamir dead just steps away from the park’s gazebo on Nov. 22, reportedly never knowing dispatchers had believed the firearm to be “probably fake.”
Tamir’s parents and sister are also plaintiffs in the complaint that Akron attorney Walter Madison said still has “merit” against Loehmann, the city and dozens of 911 dispatchers.  http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/city-cleveland-tamir-rice-death-fault-article-1.2132922
So, this kid had a realistic looking gun and presumably, the parent(s) knew it.  The cops didn't know if the gun was real or fake and cop just doesn't go up to a kid or adult and ask them if the gun is real or a toy.
The only question I have is why the cops came at the kid from the side and not in front of the kid.
But the bottom line is that if you are going to play with a play gun, make sure that the orange part of the gun that signify that it is a toy is shown.
Otherwise, it looks like a real and then you are responsible for whatever happens to you.
Sucks that the young boy died but the family are the ones who are mostly responsible for the boy's death.
Here is the video of the shooting:

Obama Goes after Illegal White Guys

From the LVRJ:
U.S. officials have identified four Las Vegas casino workers among 300 Bosnian immigrants who they believe concealed their involvement in wartime atrocities, including the 1995 Srebrenica massacre, and are trying to deport at least 150 of them, The New York Times reported Saturday.
The immigrants were among refugees fleeing the violence in Bosnia after a war that erupted in 1992 with the collapse of Yugoslavia. The number of suspects could eventually exceed 600 as more records from Bosnia become available, the newspaper reported.
“The more we dig, the more documents we find,” Immigration and Customs Enforcement historian Michael MacQueen, who has led many of the agency’s war crimes investigations, told the Times.
Many of the Bosnian suspects were soldiers and they include a Virginia soccer coach, an Ohio metal worker and four Las Vegas hotel casino workers, the newspaper said. The four Las Vegas residents were not further identified by the newspaper. Some are now U.S. citizens, it said.  http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/las-vegas/4-las-vegas-casino-workers-face-deportation-bosnian-war-criminals
So, the Obama administration is going after white "war criminals".
But they won't go after all the Mexican gang members that are in the United States, some who are just as bad as these Bosnian characters.
Just typical of the Obama administration.

Toughest, Meanest Woman On The Planet

From the Las Vegas Sun: Ronda Rousey and her corner inadvertently toppled a couple of empty chairs by the broadcast table as they exited the octagon Saturday night at Staples Center.
Other than the fact that hardly anyone was watching, the incident mirrored what happened inside the cage. Rousey continued to obliterate everything in her path, allowing Cat Zingano to last just 14 seconds before tapping out in the main event of UFC 184.
“I can’t wait to get some hot wings,” Rousey exclaimed in the cage in reference to her post-fight tradition to gorge on her favorite food.
The victory was Rousey’s fifth consecutive defense of her UFC women’s bantamweight title, and her fastest yet. She defeated Alexis Davis in 16 seconds last July, but topped the record for quickest win in a title fight by two seconds in front of her hometown.
Zingano flew out at the onset of the fight and threw a knee at Rousey, which played right into the champion’s hands.
“We were expecting that she might come out and throw something flying right away,” Rousey said. “I was originally going to check it but I caught her instead.”
Zingano suffered the first loss of her career without feeling like she ever got a chance to fight. She was in disbelief moments after the loss, continually muttering a choice four-letter word in the octagon interview with color commentator Joe Rogan.
“She had my arm and I saw her leg in there, I thought to grab it and hold it, but all of a sudden I was tapping,” Zingano said. “It was in but it wasn’t in….I just want to do it again.”
That’s a wish unlikely to come true, at least not any time soon. Several fighters are lining up for a chance at Rousey with one of the most notable emerging victorious in the co-main event. http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2015/feb/28/ufc-184-live-blog-scoring-ronda-rousey-aim-zingano/
Rhonda is so dominating that she has yet have to go to the 2nd round in any of her fights.
She is probably the best and most dominating female athlete of our time.
I would say she is the one of the most dominating athletes, male or female athletes of our time.

Liberal Media Scared Of Scott Walker

From Politico:
Another major media outlet has apologized after getting a story about Scott Walker wrong. Last week, it was the New York Times; now, it’s The Daily Beast.
The Daily Beast has retracted an article from one of its college columnists that claimed that the Wisconsin governor’s budget would cut sexual assault reporting from the state’s universities.
The post, published Friday, cited a report from Jezebel that wrongly interpreted a section of the state budget to mean that all assault reporting requirements were to get cut altogether.
In fact, the University of Wisconsin system requested the deletion of the requirements to get rid of redundancy, as it already provides similar information to the federal government, UW System spokesman Alex Hummel told The Associated Press on Friday.
The Daily Beast’s correction and retraction is posted in full below. The “USA Today” story it references, however, is actually an AP article posted on the site:
“A Daily Beast college columnist at the University of Wisconsin based this article off a Jezebel posting which was incorrectly reported. Jezebel updated their post on Saturday with the following after USA Today [sic] published a story debunking Jezebel’s account and clarifying Gov. Scott Walker’s position. ‘UPDATE: After Jezebel ran this item yesterday, a spokesman for the University of Wisconsin came forward—over two weeks after the budget was released—to clarify: the University requested that Gov. Walker delete the requirements because efforts were redundant with their compliance of the Cleary Act. Scott Walker’s camp assures that he’s committed to protecting victims.’

The liberal media are gunning for Scott Walker because they are scared sh*tless of him.
Walker knows how to win and he has beat the crap out of the liberals in their own backyard.  The liberal media also know that Hillary Clinton is either not going to run or will have so much baggage and be tied to Obama that she will have little chance against Walker.
So, the liberal media is going to go after Walker big time but the thing is, all the dirt on Walker already has been exposed from the Wisconsin liberal media, so all the liberal media will have to resort to lies and then they have to apologize when exposed...but the damage would already have been done in the original article.

Obama Has No Shame

Why in hell would Obama invite a tax cheat, racist, anti-Semite, liar, shake down artist, money launder and generally a devil in preacher clothes, to the White House....for the 73rd time.
From the London Daily Mail:
Reverend Al Sharpton apparently cannot get enough of the White House.
The prominent civil rights leader and MSNBC talk show host was invited Thursday to a meeting with President Obama and other African-American activists, making it his 73rd visit to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue since 2009, according to some estimates.
In a press release sent out ahead of the summit, White House officials described the occasion as an 'opportunity to have a dialogue with the leaders about the issues facing their communities, including criminal justice, education, health care and economic development.'
Sharpton, 60, was among 18 civil rights and faith leaders who gathered at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building just before 11am Thursday for a meeting with the commander-in-chief. The event was closed to the press.Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2973067/Al-Sharpton-returns-White-House-73RD-visit-Obama-discuss-problems-facing-minorities.html#ixzz3T1srLKh2
Obama had no creditability before the meeting of racists and bigots, so he really cannot lose anymore creditability.
No wonder Obama sucks as president- he listens to people like Sharpton instead of regular folk.
So, when Obama invites Sharpton for the 74th time, maybe Obama can ask Sharpton to pay his tax bill.

Hamburger Price Going Up Again

It's getting to the point where people cannot even afford to buy hamburger.
From CNS News: The average price of a pound of ground beef climbed to another record high -- $4.235 per pound -- in the United States in January, according to data released today by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
In August 2014, the average price for a pound of all types of ground beef topped $4 for the first time, hitting $4.013, according to the BLS.
In September, the average price jumped to $4.096 per pound; in October, the average price climbed to $4.154 per pound; and in November, the average price climbed to $4.201 per pound. In December, the price declined slightly to $4.156 per pound. But in January 2015,ground beef hit the highest price ever recorded at $4.235 per pound.
  http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/ali-meyer/another-record-4235-pound-ground-beef
I've noticed that you have to pay close to $17 for a 5 pound hamburger roll in Kingman.  For a 10 pound roll, it is about $30.
It's almost to the point where people will have to become vegetarians because they cannot afford meat.
Poor Wimpy, he may have to give up hamburgers:

March Comes In Like A Lion

On Sunday, it will be March 1st.  The old weather saying goes March comes in like a lion and goes out as a lamb.
As of Saturday, there are at least 20 states that have some kind of winter weather advisory, warnings or watches.
In Arizona, we are expecting a 3 day rain which will gives us another 2 or so inches of rain and some snow in the mountains.
So, hopefully, March will go out like a lamb.
But with global cooling going on around us, we may seen snow on baseball's Opening Day in some locations.

Good For Arizona

Finally, some legislators and a governor with common sense in Arizona when Arizona has done away with passing proficiency exams to graduate from high school.
From Arizona Central: The high-stakes AIMS test is officially dead.
On Friday, Senate Bill 1191 was signed into law, immediately lifting the requirement that students pass a standardized test in order to graduate from high school.
Until now, that test was the Arizona's Instrument to Measure Standards.
The requirement had been set to expire in December 2016.
But the bill has an emergency clause, calling for it to take effect immediately.
Gov. Doug Ducey, who is in Washington, D.C., to attend a conference, asked Secretary of State Michele Reagan to sign the legislation on his behalf, according to Ducey spokesman Daniel Scarpinato.
The change will affect several thousand students statewide — juniors and seniors who failed at least one portion of the AIMS test they first took in 10th grade. Students had to pass math, reading and writing portions.
In the past, those students would have retaken the AIMS until they passed in order to graduate. Now they won't have to.
Diane Douglas, superintendent of public instruction, praised the move in a statement released by her spokeswoman Friday afternoon.
"I hope this decision relieves much of the stress that parents and their children face when a high-stakes test determines whether or not a student can graduate from high school," she said in the statement.
"High academic standards and tests that provide information and accountability are very important, but placing all the responsibility and stress on individual students for the success of our educational system is unfair," Douglas said.  http://www.azcentral.com/story/news/arizona/politics/2015/02/20/new-law-repeals-aims-graduation-requirement/23771057/
Proficiency exams are a waste of time and money.
Many people make money off these proficiency exams.  Test writers, distributors, test scorers and many people in the Department of Education in Arizona all make tons of money off of proficiency exams.
Because of these exams in high school, learning is not possible when they give the test at least 2 times a year.  If the kid doesn't have to pass the test they are given, then more than likely, they just sit around the school, not learning for at least half the day.
Finally and hopefully, this will stop teachers teaching to the test and have them actually teach subjects that the kids need in Arizona.
So, good for Arizona for leading the way by getting rid of proficiency exams.
Now, if they can only get rid of Common Core, which is a complete disaster, thanks to President Obama and Congress.

New Career For Chumlee?

I thought most DJ's were pretty hyper when they are spinning records (or whatever they play the music on today, maybe even an 8 track?)
And then there is Chumlee from Pawn stars who wants to try his hand in being a DJ;.
From the Las Vegas Sun: Fulfilling a lifelong dream, or at least a decade-long dream, Austin “Chumlee” Russell of “Pawn Stars” is showing off his DJ skills (or, skillz, if you will) at Ghostbar Dayclub at 1 p.m. Saturday. Chumlee is closing Dayclub's season and hoping to vault into a second career as a regular headlining DJ in VegasVille.
That concept led to this exchange with the Chumster during a recent phone conversation:
Johnny Kats: “I like this idea of you as a celebrity DJ. I can see your face on the MGM Grand, right up there with David Copperfield.
Chumlee: My face is on the MGM Grand??
J.K. No! I mean, I envision that, someday.
Chumlee: (Laughing) I was gonna say — I would have heard something about this.
Instead, it all starts at the Palms as Chumlee sets up to chase his passion, ignited by such star DJs as Tiesto, Calvin Harris, Erick Morillo, Diplo, DJ Marco and Skrillex, among others. He will use pieces that are “industry standard” in his set, and has been working out his act in his own home. This is the first of what he hopes will be an extended partnership with the Palms.
http://www.lasvegassun.com/blogs/kats-report/2015/feb/27/dj-chumlee-set-palms-spinfest-elvis-ceiling-target/
Chumlee probably could do pretty good in the DJ business just on his name.
And Chumlee does have media savvy and he probably is pretty bored because he cannot really do any real work at the Gold and Silver shop because of privacy laws.
Unfortunately, most of Chumlee's customers at the shop probably could not afford to see him in person as they are too broke to go.

Good For Her

From Fox News:  She was Hawaii's golden girl after winning a seat in Congress with support from top liberal groups, but now that Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard has been critical of President Obama, her political reputation in the bluest of blue states is taking a hit.
That isn’t stopping the twice-deployed 33-year-old Army veteran from continuing to challenge the president, her home state's favorite son, over his refusal to identify terror groups like the Islamic State as driven by "radical Islam.”
“Every soldier knows this simple fact: If you don't know your enemy, you will not be able to defeat him,” Gabbard told FoxNews.com. “Our leaders must clearly identify the enemy as Islamist extremists, understand the ideology that is motivating them and attracting new recruits, and focus on defeating that enemy both militarily and ideologically.”
Gabbard has been hitting this message for weeks now, putting her at odds with many in her party who toe the line that the Islamic State should not be associated with Islam.
Gabbard called "mind-boggling" Obama's refusal to associate ISIS with the Muslim religion, even though the terrorist army is emphatic it is enforcing a strict interpretation of Islam.
"[Obama] is completely missing the point of this radical Islamic ideology that’s fueling these people,” she said;.
Her comments have stunned political experts in her home state.
“It is very, very unusual for a junior member in the president's own party to criticize him,” said Colin Moore, assistant professor at the University of Hawaii Department of Political Science. “Especially for someone considered a rising star in the party. This is a serious gamble for her.”
Michael W. Perry, of Hawaii's most popular KSSK Radio's "Perry & Price Show," said that "while Gabbard is correct in her 'emperor has no clothes' moment, she may have lost her future seat on Hawaii's political bench." He said she's committed "a mortal sin" by challenging Obama, and "now the knives are out.".
Bob Jones, columnist for the Oahu-based Midweek, wrote a scathing piece suggesting Gabbard should be challenged in 2016. "I take serious issue when somebody who's done a little non-fighting time in Iraq, and is not a Middle East or Islamic scholar, claims to know better than our President and Secretary of State how to fathom the motivations of terrorists, or how to refer to them beyond the term that best describes them -- terrorists," Jones said.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/02/28/hawaii-rising-dem-star-risks-future-to-take-on-obama-over-islamic-extremism/
Actually, a person with the brain of a mouse would know more about Islamic terrorism than Obama and Kerry;.
This again shows how depraved the democrat party is: You cannot challenge the president without being ripped to shreds by the democrat so called leaders.
But it again shows that the democrats and liberals believe that women should follow the president, whether the moron in chief is right or wrong.
And if this were a male senator, the media and most democrats would have ignored the story but because it is a democrat woman, they believe she has to worship Herr Obama;.

Bad Day For NASCAR

Friday was a bad day for NASCAR teams.
First, Travis Kvapil had his Sprint Cup race was stolen in an Atlanta suburb
From ESPN: Travis Kvapil is without a race car for the Sprint Cup Series race this weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway as authorities are investigating the Friday morning theft of the Team Xtreme No. 44 car from a hotel parking lot in Morrow, Georgia.
Video obtained by police shows that the incident happened at 5:34 a.m. in the parking lot of the Drury Inn. Sgt. Larry Oglesby of the Morrow Police Department told ESPN.com that the incident was reported at 5:50 a.m. and that they are treating the car's disappearance as a stolen vehicle.
Team Xtreme Racing owner John Cohen, who was not at the track, told ESPN.com by phone that the team will have to withdraw from Sunday's race. Kvapil tweeted about the situation Friday morning after discovering the vehicles were missing.  http://espn.go.com/racing/nascar/cup/story/_/id/12392130/team-xtreme-racing-no-44-nascar-sprint-cup-car-travis-kvapil-stolen-hotel-parking-lot
The car is still missing but how do you try and sell the darn thing, either whole or in parts?
Then during qualifying, 13 cars didn't get a chance to qualify because they were stuck in a traffic jam at the inspection center;.
From ESPN:  Former Sprint Cup champions Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart and Matt Kenseth were among the 13 drivers who did not get a chance to post qualifying times Friday after their cars didn't get through inspection in time at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
As several teams had problems in the tech area, reportedly in the rear camber area, and had to go through inspection a second time, NASCAR delayed the start of qualifying for 15 minutes. But that wasn't enough as the 15-minute first round was completed before 13 cars could get through and then make a qualifying lap.
With 36 spots available on speed and only 34 taking times, everyone who posted a first-round time got into the QuikTrip 500 on Sunday. The remaining nine spots were based on 2014 owner points. Michael Annett, Mike Wallace, Matt DiBenedetto and Reed Sorenson never took a lap and missed the race pending post-qualifying technical inspection.
Annett, who is running the full season, later struck a deal Friday night to replace Brian Scott in the Circle Sport Racing No 33 car, which will have multiple drivers this season.
"We were excited about qualifying today," said Gordon, who will start 35th. "I felt like we had a shot at being up front. This is just absolutely ridiculous."  http://espn.go.com/racing/nascar/cup/story/_/id/12395221/inspection-issues-cause-13-cars-miss-sprint-cup-qualifying-Atlanta
It's a black eye for NASCAR because some major players were not allowed to try;.
And some drivers who had to run a qualifying lap to get into the race on Sunday, they never got the chance to run a lap;.
We haven't run 2 races and NASCAR is having some serious problems with these two incidents along with Kyle Busch being seriously hurt at Daytona and Kurt Busch being unjustly suspended for a fake domestic violence charge.
Hopefully, NASCAR will get their act together soon;.

Can't Wait To See This Fly

From the NY Daily News: This plane is a really, really big deal.
A TV crew captured the first images of an in-the-making plane that, upon completion, will be the largest one ever made.
The exceptionally enormous plane, called “Roc” for the bird of prey in Middle East mythology, is being assembled in Mojave, Calif., Aviation Week reported.
It has a wingspan of 385 feet, will be powered by six 747-class engines and so far weighs about 200,000 pounds — a light load compared to its final weight estimate of 1.3 million pounds.
The plane is being built by Scaled Composites as part of a space launch program by Stratolaunch Systems, a startup from Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. It’s intended to deliver satellites, weighing about 13,500 pounds each, into orbits hundreds of miles above earth.  http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/world-largest-plane-construction-calif-article-1.2131231
I am an airplane buff and like watching them land and take off from airports and I would love to see this plane take off and/or land somewhere.

Sadly, my former favorite House member, Rep. Dr. Joe Heck scored as a bad RINO at 39%.  You don't know how sad that makes me feel.
Check out the site and see where your favorite or your least favorite congresscritter  is rated by conservative standards.

What Good Is The New GOP Congress??

So, what good is the new GOP majorities in the U.S. Senate and House?
If anybody knows, please let us know.

This Writer Is Funny

From the LVRJ: Burlesque dancers bare their bodies and they’ve got to have the self-confidence and pride to rule the stage so when one New Orleans dancer was let go recently she didn’t take it lightly.

So, why was she fired?
She was too heavy.
Nice use of the word lightly.

The Obama Legacy Continues

From The Arizona Central:
The uncle of the Mesa store clerk who authorities say was gunned down by an undocumented immigrant out on bond told a House panel Wednesday that the U.S. government is jeopardizing public safety by releasing convicted criminals.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement "should be doing its job for the American people with the American people's safety and security first and foremost in mind," Michael Ronnebeck told House members during a government oversight and reform subcommittee hearing.
Ronnebeck's nephew, 21-year-old Grant Ronnebeck, was killed Jan. 22 while working at a QuickTrip store in Mesa.
The man charged in the killing, Apolinar Altamirano, 29, was in the country illegally. He had been released from custody in 2013 by Immigration and Customs Enforcement after posting a bond even though he had been convicted of a felony burglary.
Ronnebeck said he hopes the death of his nephew will lead to a change in government immigration policies.
"It is my family's greatest desire that Grant Ronnebeck's legacy will be more than a fading obituary, a cemetery plot, or a fond memory," Ronnebeck said during the hearing. "Instead, we want Grant's death to be a force for change and reform in the immigration policies of this great nation."  http://www.azcentral.com/story/news/local/mesa/2015/02/25/uncle-slain-mesa-clerk-assails-ice-hearing/24029907/
President Obama and his ilk are directly responsible for this young man's death by their illegal and morally unjust immigration policy.
Obama and Eric Holder respond when a white cop shoots a black thug but do you think Obama and Holder give a damn about this young man?
Hell no!

Ka Boom

A house exploded in New Jersey and you can see how destructive natural gas can be.

So True

RINO is not as dead RINO but instead, they are Republican In Name Only and some smart guy came up with 8 rules for RINOs.
From the Free Republic:
It becomes clearer every day that there are not only two parties in Washington, D.C., but there are also two wings of the Republican Party. Conservatives who fight for limited government, fewer taxes, less regulation, more freedom, devolving federal power to the states, prudent immigration, and constitutional principles. Right now is about keeping power, gaining goodwill for self-advancement, or supposedly gaining leverage, ironically the leverage doesn’t actually get used. The other wing? Whether you call them RINOs (Republican In Name Only), liberal Republicans or the Establishment, for them, it’s all about retaining the power that comes from working their well-established connections around “town.” Some have raised the question, ‘You don’t really think that these members want to help/support/defend Obama’s agenda and policies – do you?’ Hopefully not, but their actions seem to align a lot closer with liberals than conservatives on many issues, so it’s hard to say. So what guides these powerful liberal Republicans? Here are the 8 RINO rules: 1. Bait and Switch This can also be referred to as “politics over principle” or “don’t fight now, fight later”. Members that have roamed the halls of Congress for multiple years have made a lot of campaign promises along the way, and they have undoubtedly broken a few of them. Some even admit a broken promise. Just look at Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) admitting he lied when asked whether he would honor his term limits commitment. When it comes to the big promises, you’d think politicians would stick to them....
2. Show Me the Money
Votes win elections and money is used to get votes, therefore simple calculus tells a RINO that money is the most important thing ever. It just so happens that special interest has lots of money. So what if this vote will raise taxes? Don’t worry, the Establishment needs this vote to remain in power and appease the special interest. This rule usually coincides with adherence to #1 where special interest greases the skids for the passage of a 1000-page bill as long as there is something that tips the scales in their favor. Unfortunately, it is easier to lobby Congress for a handout than it is for special interests to innovate. 3. Fear This one is simple – they instill fear in you the voter. You don’t want a Democrat in office – do you? Of course you don’t, so you must vote for the RINO. But don’t worry, all those things they do that seem morally repugnant, they are just pragmatic actions to remain in power. Again, you don’t want a Democrat in office – do you? 4. Governing This word is politician-speak for capitulation. If they ever use this word, they are probably a RINO, because it means they are more concerned with keeping power, making friends, or raising money. So again, governing involves politics over principle, money, and then of course, fear. 5. Double Standards RINOs love double standards. They moan and complain about conservative primary challenges, but two years away from their next election, they will spend millions bashing and hammering conservatives back home in an effort to soften the ground for their next race. They will taint every conservative candidate as an unwashed, unelectable, extremist wacko, but the minute their people are caught with baggage (Steve Scalise (R-LA) with David Duke and Thad Cochran (R-MS) with neo-confederate organizations) they circle the wagons. As long as you support amnesty and are a member of the governing elite in good standing you can do no wrong. Again, politics, money, and fear are major cornerstones of these members, and they work well when it comes to double standards. Plus, double standards help them explain away their sellout votes with ease. RINOs love to announce their plans to surrender in advance. 6. Me Too Originating in the 1930's, a term that tells the listener the RINO in question agrees with Democrats on issues with only moderating differences. As in when a Democrat says, "I believe in federal funding and involvement in education" the RINO responds, "Me too. But there is another way to manage this better." The political intent is to show that the RINO is socially acceptable and not an extremist, in other words, not a conservative. Their argument is that they are better managers of government than liberals, but ultimately both end up at the same place. The “me too” RINO just takes longer to arrive at the liberal destination and doesn’t stop the damage to our economy, society, or nation from a bloated all-powerful central government. 7. Pragmatic Pragmatic in the world of both RINO's and leftists is a buzz word meaning “not conservative." The implication, sometimes stated outright, is that conservatism is “ideological” while “liberalism” is just plain reality. And therefore to deal with reality – to "get things done" – a RINO advocates being “pragmatic”. Which, in practice, means accepting the liberal world view on an issue. For example, we must have highways and bridges; therefore, the “pragmatic” thing to do is raise the gas tax. Thus, the “pragmatic” question is about “how much the federal gas tax should be raised – by five cents or ten cents?” The question can never be "should we place the states in charge of funding their own highways and abolish the federal gas tax?” thereby ending the federal addiction to this money pit for mass transit and payoffs to Big Labor. 8. Preemptive Surrender RINOs love to announce their plans to surrender in advance. For example, after the 2014 midterms, liberal Republican Leadership in both the House and the Senate announced that no matter what Obama did or would do to bypass Congress, they wouldn’t use any must pass bill as a leverage point. For all practical purposes the Establishment surrendered before they even took the field. This was all part of “governing” and used the tried and true “bait and switch” to promise to fight later. And every time that the Establishment announces surrender and kicks the can down the road it only emboldens Obama and Democrats to hold firm and not negotiate.  http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/3261274/posts
RINOs are a disgusting bunch and they need to eliminated via the primary.

Scott Walker Is Wrong

I like Scott Walker and most of his views, and I understand what he said about President Obama's patriotism but Walker is wrong.  Obama is not a patriot nor does he love our country.
From the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:
It took a while, but Gov. Scott Walker is finally saying — sorta, kinda — what he thinks about President Barack Obama's patriotism and faith.
In short, the Wisconsin governor indirectly agreed with his staff that Obama is a Christian, and he suggested, in a very roundabout way, that he thinks the president cares for America.
"Anybody who puts their name on the ballot" — presumably including Obama — "has to have a love for their country," Walker said twice following a news conference in Green Bay on Tuesday.  http://www.jsonline.com/watchdog/noquarter/scott-walker-speaks-out-sort-of-on-obamas-patriotism-faith-scott-walker-speaks-out-sort-of-on--b9945-293952141.html
Obama does not love this country nor most of it's citizens.
Obama doesn't care about those who live in the ghettos of the big urban cities.
Obama hates the military.
Obama hates conservatives.
Obama hates the middle class.
Obama hates small business.
Obama hates Christians.
Obama hates the poor.
Obama hates those who are victims of violence.
But Obama does love those who don't live in the United States or are here illegally.
Obama loves muslims, especially those who oppose the United States.
Obama loves illegal immigrants.
Obama loves the rich.
Obama loves golf courses.
Obama probably, but not likely, loves his kids except in photo ops.
But Obama does not like Michelle.
So, walker is wrong, Obama doesn't a crap about the United States and he certainly is not a patriot.

The Daytona 500 is about to start. This I'd my biggest sporting event for me, even bigger than the Super Bowl.
My predictions:

Long shot winner: Paul Menard
Longest shot: Michael Waltrip.
How about you?

Bad Weekend For The NASCAR Busch Brothers

One got unjustly suspended from NASCAR when a scorned lover, who lost her weekly 15 minutes of fame, decided to take revenge in front of a completely incompetent court commissioner who wanted his 15 minutes of fame.
The other broke bones in his 2 legs, including a compound fracture in a minor league race.
Because of that, both Busch brothers are out of NASCAR racing for quite a awhile.
From ESPN: Kurt Busch lost his final NASCAR appeal Saturday night to get his indefinite suspension rescinded prior to the Daytona 500, the sport's biggest race that is set to go green Sunday afternoon.
NASCAR suspended the Stewart-Haas Racing driver Friday after the release of a Kent County (Delaware) Family Court commissioner opinion that detailed why he believed Busch had committed an act of domestic violence against ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll.
Busch lost his initial appeal to a three-member NASCAR-appointed panel Saturday afternoon and then made an appeal Saturday night to NASCAR Final Appeals Officer Bryan Moss. A former president of Gulfstream who was named as NASCAR's top appeals boss in 2014, Moss had not ruled on any final appeal until Saturday night.  http://espn.go.com/racing/nascar/cup/story/_/id/12359632/kurt-busch-loses-appeal-indefinite-suspension
And also from ESPN: Kyle Busch will miss the Daytona 500 after suffering a broken right leg and left foot following a hard crash into an interior concrete wall during an Xfinity Series race Saturday at Daytona International Speedway.
Busch needed assistance getting out of his car after it slammed into a wall that did not have an energy-absorbing steel-and-foam energy reduction (SAFER) barrier. His right leg was placed in an air cast before he was transported by ambulance to nearby Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, where he underwent surgery Saturday night for a compound fracture of his lower right leg. He also suffered a mid-foot fracture in his left foot.
The team reported late Saturday night the surgery was successful and that Busch would remain hospitalized for observation. http://espn.go.com/racing/nascar/xfinity/story/_/id/12360665/kyle-busch-taken-hospital-following-wreck-xfinity-series-race-daytona

New Poll Question Up

The last 2 days, the national media have been abuzz about what Mayor Rudy Giuliani said about President Obama- that he doesn't love the United States.
I happen to disagree with Mayor Rudy- I believe Obama loves to hate the United States, especially those who are conservative, are Black, are Christian, are Republican, those who don't believe in global warming/climate change, Jewish people and many others.
So, let us know what you think by answering the poll located on the left side of the page.
Thanks

Good For Wisconsin, Scott Walker

From Madison.com:
Gov. Scott Walker said Friday he would sign right-to-work legislation that Republicans plan to fast-track through the state Legislature beginning next week.
It’s the first time Walker — a likely 2016 GOP presidential candidate — has acknowledged he planned to sign such a bill after repeatedly saying it would be a “distraction.”
That law could be on the books in a matter of weeks.
State officials were bracing for potential protests at the state Capitol, and a top lawmaker warned that labor unions and management could move quickly to extend contracts to delay being forced to comply with the law.
While it’s impossible to say if sustained mass protests will develop like they did in 2011 when Walker proposed limits on collective bargaining for public employees, drawing tens of thousands of people, the AFL-CIO has scheduled rallies Tuesday and Wednesday at the Capitol, said John Schmitt, president and business manager of the 6,500-member Wisconsin Laborers’ District Council....
Republicans said such a law would help keep businesses from relocating to right-to-work states and entice out-of-state companies to move to Wisconsin.
Read more: http://host.madison.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/scott-walker-will-sign-right-to-work-bill-fast-tracking/article_f17f5d6c-adc0-50ef-a9c8-4610e6daa5ca.html#ixzz3SMw2L65Q
There is no reason in this day and age, not to have right to work rules.
The only reason why unions hate right to work laws is because it would cut into the wealthy lifestyles of the union leaders.
But if the unions think they provide such a great service for their employees they represent, they should not fear right to work rules because the employees would want to stay with the union.
But if the union provides little, if any good for the workers, then the unions will suffer and that is not a bad thing.
Hopefully, Wisconsin will be another state that is smart enough to be a right to work state.
So, good for Wisconsin, the GOP legislators and Scott Walker for taking on the thug unions and their thug leaders.

2 Old Farts Set To Fight

From Fox News: The Fight is finally on.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. will meet Manny Pacquiao on May 2 in a welterweight showdown that will be boxing's richest fight ever. Mayweather himself announced the bout Friday after months of negotiations, posting a picture of the signed contract online.
The long anticipated bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas will almost surely break every financial record ever, and make both boxers richer than ever. Mayweather could earn $120 million or more, while Pacquiao's split of the purse will likely be around $80 million.
The fight, which matches boxing's two biggest attractions in recent years, has been in the making for five years. It finally came together in recent months with both fighters putting aside past differences over various issues -- including drug testing and television rights -- to reach agreement.
http://www.foxnews.com/sports/2015/02/20/mayweather-says-and-pacquiao-to-fight-may-2/?intcmp=latestnews
I'm sorry but if this fight happened 5 years ago, this would have been a great fight.
Now, these fighters, while good, are past their prime and pretty long in the tooth.
And soon, they will start looking something like this old boxer (race of boxers not important)

NASCAR Got It Wrong

Apparently, now it just takes a scorned woman/bitch and a judge, both who want their 15 minutes of fame, to ruin a man's career.
From ESPN: NASCAR suspended Sprint Cup driver Kurt Busch indefinitely Friday, two days before the Daytona 500, for actions detrimental to stock car racing after a judge ruled he almost surely choked and beat a former girlfriend last fall.
Earlier Friday it was ruled that Busch smashed his ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll's head against his motor home wall Sept. 26 at Dover International Speedway, according to the conclusions of a Kent County (Del.) family court commissioner who granted Driscoll's request for a protective order Monday.
"Given the serious nature of the findings and conclusions made by the Commissioner of the Family Court of the State of Delaware, NASCAR has indefinitely suspended driver Kurt Busch, effective immediately," NASCAR said in a statement. "He will not be allowed to race nor participate in any NASCAR activities until further notice....
"We are extremely disappointed that NASCAR has suspended Kurt Busch," Busch's attorney, Rusty Hardin, said in a statement Friday afternoon. "We assure everyone, including NASCAR, that this action against Mr. Busch will turn out to be a travesty of justice, apparent to all, as this story continues to unfold."...
Busch claims Driscoll entered his motor home uninvited -- the couple had broken up a week earlier -- and he cupped her face with his hands while repeatedly asking her to leave.
In his opinion released Friday, Jones wrote that Driscoll's version of the events that night was more credible, citing, among other things, her demeanor when she recalled and described the events of that night.
"[Busch's] version of the events is implausible, does not make sense and is unlikely to be true given the totality of the other evidence admitted at trial," Jones wrote.
Busch has asked Jones to reconsider the ruling, and Jones has still not decided whether to reopen the case.
"We are confident that if the Commissioner agrees to hear newly available evidence that contradicts the testimony of Ms. Driscoll, he will be able understand the actions of that night as well as Ms. Driscoll's character and motivations and reconsider his judgment" Hardin said in Friday's statement. "He has already found that Ms. Driscoll lied under oath at least once. Our newly available evidence will make it clear that much more of her testimony was untruthful and was purposefully kept from the Commissioner by Ms. Driscoll's attempts to intimidate and threaten witnesses."  http://espn.go.com/racing/nascar/cup/story/_/id/12355143/nascar-driver-kurt-busch-suspended-indefinitely
The bitch named Driscoll came to Busch's motorhome uninvited, entered illegally and got into an argument with Busch.
The fact is that Busch could have shot and killed Driscoll legally when she entered his motor home uninvited.
Further, why did Driscoll want the protection order?  It's not like Busch wanted to resume the relationship and see her- he was done with her but she wasn't done with him.  It was Busch who needed the protection order.
And then, the woman who was supposedly battered so badly, decided to make all the rounds in the media.  Why would she do that, other than that she wanted seek all the publicity she could get and embarrass Busch, because she wanted revenge.
As far as the judge, he want's his cut as well.  This supposed judge, who my guess is that he hates all men and rules against them every chance he gets, wants his moment in publicity heaven.
Why else would he release this information just 2 days before the biggest race of the season, when there is so much publicity?
Why would he order Busch to get sensitivity training when he didn't commit any crime, has not been charged with a crime nor would he even want to be close to the publicity hound bitch.  Further, he has no authority to make him go to some kind of training.
Then there is this quote from the moron judge: "The assertion that [Busch] would be chastened from assaulting [Driscoll] for fear of the possibility of physical injury is further discredited, in the Court's view, by the fact that [Busch] makes his living risking his life on an almost daily basis by aggressively driving a race car at speeds often approaching 200 miles per hour in close contact with others driving in the same manner, at the same speed," Jones wrote.
Obviously this moron of a judge doesn't realize that NASCAR safety is very good.  There are few serious injuries in Sprint NASCAR and no deaths since Dale Earnhardt was killed in 2001.
However, a scorned, quite insane woman can actually cause serious damages to a person, especially when she is insane and the victim is in his pajamas or less and didn't want to fight.
So, NASCAR, trying to be political correct, is about to finish off Kurt Busch's career based on 2 totally insane and corrupt people-Driscoll and the supposed judge.
Now, you may think I am a Kurt Busch fan.  I am not.
My favorite drivers are Wisconsin drivers of Matt Kenseth, Paul Menard, Johnny Sauter and Travis Kvapil.  Busch ranks about 25th of my favorite drivers but I can tell a travesty when I see one and this is one hell of a travesty that one can see from 500 miles away.
My prediction is that Busch will eventually prevail and he will win a massive amount of money from NASCAR and Driscoll after all is said and done when he sues.

LVRJ Sold

I wonder if the LVRJ is now going to become a liberal newspaper rag?
From the Reno Gazette Journal: New York-based New Media Investment Group Inc. says it has reached an agreement to purchase the company that owns the Las Vegas Review-Journal and daily newspapers in six other states.
New Media President and CEO Michael E. Reed said in a statement Thursday they will purchase "substantially all of the assets" of Stephens Media LLC for $102.5 million cash.
New Media operates in more than 370 markets across 27 states, publishing 450 community publications.
Reed expects the deal to close in the first quarter of 2015. He says Stephens' publications have "a strong community focus, solid readership base and stable advertisers," with daily papers in Arkansas, Iowa, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
In Nevada, Stephens also owns the Pahrump Valley Times, Tonopah Times-Bonanza and Boulder City Reviewhttp://www.rgj.com/story/money/business/2015/02/19/company-owns-las-vegas-review-journal-sold/23709541/
It will be interesting to see or if the LVRJ and the Pahrump Valley Times will stay the same.  Will the LVRJ still stay as one of the few conservative newspapers in the country or will the new owners turn the paper into another liberal rag newspaper.

Thug Arrested In Vegas Road Rage Incident

From he LVRJ: Las Vegas police made an arrest in a so-called road rage shooting death Thursday while the family of the woman killed revealed another detail they hid: They know the accused shooter.
Erich Nowsch, 19, was taken into custody in the west valley neighborhood where 44-year-old Tammy Meyers was shot Feb 12. She died two days later after being taken off life support.
Police said Nowsh is a gang member.
Robert Meyers Sr. said during a televised press conference that his wife often counseled Nowsch at park just down the block from where both families live. She also fed him and give him money.
“We know this boy — I couldn’t tell you this before. He knew where we lived,” the husband said. “We knew how bad he was, but we didn’t know that he was this bad, that he’s gotten to this point, and his friends.
And that was news to police.
“That didn’t all come together until today,” Las Vegas police Capt. Chris Tomaino said later about the connection between Nowsch and the Meyers.
The family’s narrative of what led to the shooting of Tammy Meyers has changed continually since police started investigating. And with each turn in the story, it looks less and less like a simple case of road rage. It has prompted public outcries where there was once sympathy.
Letting the public know his family knew Nowsch “would’ve hurt what these good Metro detectives were trying to accomplish,” Robert Meyers Sr. said Thursday.
“There was things that couldn’t be said. Things that had to be said certain ways to get what we had done today, because there is more than one guy” involved in the shooting.
The house where Nowsch was arrested is a stone’s throw from the Meyers; both are visible from each other’s yards.  http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/las-vegas/family-knows-man-arrested-shooting-initially-called-road-rage
Another thug arrested in Vegas for murder.
This case cries out for the death penalty... as if Nevada would have the balls to execute anybody, especially since we don't have a place to carry out the death penalty.

Ann Coulter Nails It

I will vote for the conservative in a political race, even if they are a democrat, republican, Green Party, Libertarian or the Bull Moose Party.
From Ann Coulter: Now that a federal judge has held Obama's illegal executive amnesty unconstitutional, perhaps U.S. senators will remember that they swore to uphold the Constitution, too.
Back when they needed our votes before the last election, Republicans were hairy-chested warriors, vowing to block Obama's unconstitutional "executive amnesty" -- if only voters gave them a Senate majority. The resulting Republican landslide suggested some opposition to amnesty.
Heading into the election, college professor Dave Brat took out the sitting House majority leader and amnesty supporter Eric Cantor in a primary, despite being outspent 40-1. It was the greatest upset in history since the 1980 "Miracle on Ice" at the Lake Placid Olympics: Never before has a House majority leader been defeated in a primary. And Brat did it by an astonishing 55.5 percent to 45.5 percent.
Again, the voters seemed to be expressing disquiet with amnesty.
After that, even amnesty-supporting Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., was denouncing Obama's executive amnesty. "If the president were to do that," he said, "and we have a Republican majority in the United States Senate, why, we have a number of options that we don't now have to remind him to read Article I of the Constitution."
Poll after poll showed Americans ranking illegal immigration as the No. 1 most important problem facing the nation. We haven't changed our minds. Last week, an Associated Press-Gfk poll showed that Obama's single most unpopular policy is his position on illegal immigration.
In other words, Obamacare is more popular than amnesty. That's like losing a popularity contest to Ted Bundy.
Since at least 2006, voters have insistently told pollsters they don't want amnesty. Seemingly bulletproof Republican congressmen have lost their seats over amnesty. President Bush lost the entire House of Representatives over amnesty. What else do we have to do to convince you we don't want amnesty, Republicans? Make it a host on "The View"?

Before the election, then-Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell complained that Obama's decision to delay his executive amnesty until after the election was a ploy to prevent Americans from "hold(ing) his party accountable in the November elections."
But voters went ahead and held Obama accountable! Now McConnell is Senate majority leader -- and he claims his hands are tied.
McConnell's spokesman at the National Republican Senatorial Committee, Brad Dayspring, predicted that Obama's amnesty threat would drive voters to "elect a new Senate (that) will stand up to the president."
Check! Mission accomplished! Done and done! Officially off our bucket list. OK, guys, your turn. When do you start standing up to the president? Hello? Hell-oooo?
To gin up votes, "Republican insiders" told the Washington Examiner last fall that "the results of the midterm elections" would determine how "aggressive" the GOP would be in fighting Obama's amnesty.
Voters gave you a blow-out victory, Republicans. You cleaned their clocks. (Have you seen Harry Reid lately?) Where's that promised aggression on amnesty?
Republicans and George Will tell us they can't stand up to Obama's executive amnesty because the media are unfair.
Oh, well, in that case ... never mind.
This is news to them? They didn't know the media were unfair when they were promising to block Obama's illegal amnesty before the elections? The media have blamed the GOP for every failure of Republicans and Democrats to reach an agreement since the Hoover administration. This isn't a surprise development....
Why don't Republicans spend all their airtime attacking the media for lying about what Obama's amnesty does and what the Democrats are doing? It's hard to avoid concluding that Republicans aren't trying to make the right arguments. In fact, it kind of looks like they're intentionally throwing the fight on amnesty.
If a Republican majority in both houses of Congress can't stop Obama from issuing illegal immigrants Social Security cards and years of back welfare payments, there is no reason to vote Republican ever again.

http://www.anncoulter.com/columns/2015-02-18.html#read_more
I became disillusioned with the Republican Party when Rep. Dr. Joe Heck went from a conservative to a RINO, especially on immigration and illegals.
Rep. Dr. Joe and me communicated when he first began running for the U.S. House.  I supported him 100% and believed he thought about the issues as I did.
Then Rep. Dr. Joe got elected and he dropped his conservative voice and went moderate.
And that hurt.
And now, I barely write about him.
And he is just like most of the others in the GOP- talk conservative and when elected, they go soft.
Gov. Brian Sandoval of Nevada is the same way.
So, bring back the Bull Moose Party and replace the Republican Party as the GOP no longer represents...anybody.

Will RINOs Support Obama Or The Law

President Obama was not the only one who was slapped down by a Federal judge who decided that the president's amnesty plan is unconstitutional.  The judge also slapped down Democrats and some RINOs(Republican in name only)
We know that the Democrats are co-joined twins with Obama and they would never dream of separating themselves from the lord and master- Obama.
However, there are a bunch of RINOs who have supported amnesty for illegals and have voted to fund Obama's unconstitutional amnesty plan.
Like Mitch McConnell
John Boehner
John McCain
Jeff Flake
and other RINO's
Will they vote with Obama
or the unconstitutional amnesty program?
Since they are RINO's, my guess is that these Republicans will vote with Obama and against the judge and the court order.

Ginsberg Needs To Recuse Herself On ObamaCare Case

Ginsberg needs to recuse her self.
From Fox News:
A looming Supreme Court case reviewing a key component of theAffordable Care Act is raising questions about what would happen if the Obama administration loses.
On March 4, the Supreme Court will be asked to decide whether the IRS illegally extended subsidies to millions of Americans in order to underwrite the cost of their health insurance policies under ObamaCare....
In an interview earlier this week, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg summed up her thoughts on Congress’ ability to step in where laws need to be updated or fixed.
"The current Congress is not equipped really to do anything," she said.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/02/17/if-administration-loses-looming-supreme-court-case-on-obamacare-what-next/?intcmp=latestnews
It appears Ginsberg has already decided that she will vote to say the subsidies by the Federal government is just peachy fine because, after all Congress can't handle the job.
Well, it is not her place to decide whether Congress will "fix" the problem as she likes.  Her jobs is to decide whether the law is unconstitutional or not.
And since Ginsberg has already decided how she will rule and the reason why before the arguments take place, she needs to recuse herself from the hearing and if she does not, then she needs to be impeached as being totally incompetent to do her job.

Obama Lies Again

From ABC News:  Top U.S. counterterrorism officials say they worry a potential terrorist could be hiding among refugees who are looking to come to the United States after escaping the brutal war in Syria.
"It's clearly a population of concern,” the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, Nicholas Rasmussen, told the House Homeland Security Committee on Wednesday.
Committee Chairman Mike McCaul, R-Texas, went further, saying it would be a “huge mistake” to bring refugees from the conflict to the U.S. – even as an estimated 4 million children, women and men have been forced to flee Syria and another 7 million have been displaced from their homes there, unable to leave.
Senior officials leading the State Department’s refugee efforts say the U.S. government has a long history of caring for the innocent victims of war.
“It’s not a matter of should we do it, it’s really a matter of how we do it,” Larry Bartlett, the State Department’s director of Refugee Admission for the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration, told ABC News. “One of the fundamental principles of our country is that we care about others. We will help others.”   http://abcnews.go.com/International/officials-fear-syrian-refugees-pose-threat-us/story?id=28930114
I'm pretty sure that during World War 2, the United States did not admit too many Nazi's into the United States.  I am also pretty sure we did not allow thousands of Japanese to immigrate to the U.S. during the war.
During the Korean, we allow North Koreans into the U.S., or North Vietnamese during the Vietnam War?
So, the Obama administration just flat out lies and the lap dog media blindly report what the Liar in Chief says.

Just Wondering

Last week, President Obama said global warming/climate change is worse than muslim terrorism.
Well, this weekend, Boston has received another 10 inches of snow, and they have had the 3 snowiest winter of all time and there is more snow a coming to Boston.  Boston has had over 90 inches of snow this winter/this 2015 winter season
I am pretty sure that the folks of New England are saying "Bull sh*t" to the claim by Al Gore, that there is global warming.
And the folks of New England pretty much have to prepare for Spring flooding, when the snow melt.
So, are the folks in New England afraid of global warming right now?
My answer is that the folks can use some global warming about now,

Obama's Horrible Reation To muslim Terrorism

From Fox News: A video released on Sunday by militants in Libya claiming loyalty to the Islamic State terror group purports to show the mass beheading of Coptic Christian hostages.
The video, which appeared on the Twitter feed of a website that supports Islamic State (ISIS), depicts several men in orange jumpsuits being led along a beach, each accompanied by a masked militant. The men are made to kneel and one militant, dressed differently than the others, addresses the camera in North American-accented English.
"All crusaders: safety for you will be only wishes, especially if you are fighting us all together. Therefore we will fight you all together," he said. "The sea you have hidden Sheikh Usama Bin Laden's body in, we swear to Allah we will mix it with your blood."
The men are then laid face-down and simultaneously beheaded....
In a statement released Sunday evening, White House press secretary Josh Earnest condemned the purported killing as "despicable" and "cowardly," adding that the group's barbarity "knows no bounds." The White House statement did not refer to the hostages as Christians, but only as "Egyptian citizens" and "innocents."
"ISIL's barbarity knows no bounds," said Earnest, using another acronym for the terror group. "It is unconstrained by faith, sect, or ethnicity. ... This heinous act once again underscores the urgent need for a political resolution to the conflict in Libya, the continuation of which only benefits terrorist groups, including ISIL. We call on all Libyans to strongly reject this and all acts of terrorism and to unite in the face of this shared and growing threat."
http://www.foxnews.com/world/2015/02/16/video-purports-to-show-isis-militants-beheading-christian-hostages/
Obama still refuses to use terrorists when referring to ISIL.
But when you meet with members of the terror group, muslim Brotherhood in the White House, you pretty much admit that you support muslim terrorism \.
Last week, I said that Obama is Adolph Hitler of 2015 and this article provides more evidence that he is the Adolph Hitler of 2015.

Obama'sPea Brain Still Doesn't Get it

More and more, President Obama shows the world that he supports terrorists than the innocent.
From the LVRJ: The United States on Sunday condemned the deadly weekend attacks in Copenhagen at a free speech event and a synagogue and said it stood with Denmark and others in defending freedom of speech and opposing anti-Semitism.
A synagogue guard and a filmmaker were killed and five police were wounded in the two attacks in the Danish capital on Saturday and Sunday. Police on Sunday shot and killed a gunman suspected in the shootings.
“The people of the United States stand united with the people of Denmark and all others who defend the universal right of freedom of speech and stand against anti-Semitism and bigotry in all its forms,” the State Department said in a statement.  http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/nation-and-world/us-condemns-deadly-attacks-Copenhagen
Obama and his ilk cannot not come to grips that muslims can be thugs and terrorists.  In Obama's pea sized brain, he shows that either he is completely ignorant about terrorism or he supports terrorism.
And yes, one can support terrorism and the murders by thugs.
Obama supports gangs and their buddies in the inner city.  Obama could say something about the murders and other serious crimes against mostly poor people in the ghetto.
But Obama, for whatever reason, refuses to condemn the inner city killings by thug, especially those involved in a gang except if the shootings and killings involve a cop.
So, Obama could easily call these murders by muslim thugs and act of terror, but her refuses.
I guess that pea ball called an Obama brain, just rattles around inside his cranium and the pea sized brain just rattles around and does nothing, except play golf.

Oh My, Scott Walker Didn't Graduate From College

The liberals are trying to bring down Scott Walker because they are extremely scared of him.
And they think Walker not graduating from college is a winning issue.
From the Washington Post: Scott Walker was gone. Dropped out. And in the spring of his senior year.
In 1990, that news stunned his friends at Marquette University. Walker, the campus’s suit-wearing, Reagan-loving politico — who enjoyed the place so much that he had run for student body president — had left without graduating.
To most of the Class of 1990 — and, later, to Wisconsin’s political establishment — Walker’s decision to quit college has been a lingering mystery.
Not even his friends at Marquette were entirely sure why he never finished. Some had heard that a parent had fallen ill, or maybe there was some financial strain. Others thought he had simply had enough of school.
Walker clearly liked college politics more than college itself. He had managed to line up 47 campaign endorsements, including ones from the ski team and the varsity chorus, but he had trouble showing up on time for French.  http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/as-scott-walker-mulls-white-house-bid-questions-linger-over-college-exit/2015/02/11/8e17ea44-b13e-11e4-886b-c22184f27c35_story.html
So, let's look who has college degrees:
President Obama
Vice President Biden
Hillary Clinton
Chris Christie
John Boehner
Harry Reid
Nancy Pelosi
And the list goes on.
Scott Walker is so much smarter than these fools, intellectually, politically and in street smarts.
Further, there are so few occupations that you really need a college degree:
Doctor and other medical fields.
Engineers
Those jobs that require college degrees but you really don't need one, especially if you have job related experience:
Teachers
Lawyers
Cops
Firefighters
Air line pilots
Counselors/psychologists
People who work with computers
Writers
And many, many and many more jobs that supposedly need  college degrees.
So, if the liberals think that this is a winning issue against Walker, go for it because the majority of American's don't have college degrees, so the liberals are pretty much are saying those without a degrees are pretty much worthless.

So far this winter, the Boston area has had 80 inches of snow, with more to come.   They could easy have more than 8 feet of snow, most of which has come since the middle of January, could have 7-8 feet of snow this season.
That's above average for mountain ranges, like the Rockies but certainly above average for Boston, where they may average 3-4 feet a year.
Meanwhile, I had to turn my air conditioner on today in the house as it was getting too warm inside for my comfort.

Obama Goes Ape Shit Over Parking Lot Murders

From the LVRJ: President Barack Obama described the deaths of three young Muslims gunned down in North Carolina as “brutal and outrageous murders” on Friday and said no one in the United States should be targeted for their religion.
The president’s statement came as the U.S. Justice Department said it would join the FBI’s preliminary inquiry to determine whether the man accused in the Chapel Hill shooting on Tuesday broke any federal laws, including hate crime laws.
“No one in the United States of America should ever be targeted because of who they are, what they look like, or how they worship,” Obama said in a statement, offering his condolences to the victims’ families.
The families had called on Obama to insist that federal authorities investigate whether the murder suspect, 46-year-old paralegal student Craig Stephen Hicks, was motivated by hatred toward the victims because they were Muslim. http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/nation-and-world/obama-calls-3-muslim-students-deaths-brutal-outrageous
This was the a case of parking lot rage where the victims and the thug who killed them had a long running dispute over a parking space.
When 2 cops were shot by a muslim terrorist in New York City, this is what Obama had to say, from the Washington Times:
President Obama said Sunday that he condemns “unconditionally” the murder of two New York City police officers by a gunman who may have been angered over the deaths of black men in confrontations with police in Missouri and New York.
“Two brave men won’t be going home to their loved ones … and for that, there is no justification,” Mr. Obama said in a statement. “I ask people to reject violence and words that harm, and turn to words that heal - prayer, patient dialogue, and sympathy for the friends and family of the fallen.
The president said police officers “who serve and protect our communities risk their own safety for ours every single day - and they deserve our respect and gratitude every single day.”

Two completely different tones in Obama's words.
The 3 muslims killed over a parking space: Obama showed his anger.
When two cops were killed, he was mellow and demanded we have dialogue with the muslims terrorists.
Yeah, it sucks the 3 kids were killed, especially, over a parking spot.
But for Obama to go over ape shit crazy over the murders is beyond professionals.
Especially when Obama doesn't care 1 tiny, tiny bit about people, especially children, mostly minorities, being killed in the inner cities on a daily basis, you really have to question his sanity, his morality and professionalism as a president.

Poor Brian Williams...

I don't give him 6 months on the job.
He is just a pretty boy who reads a teleprompter.
Kind of like President Obama.
Maybe Obama will retire early and take Williams job.

Tiger Down and Out, John Daly Kicking Butt???

Sometimes, you just have to scratch your head.
From ESPN:   Sunshine is always a pleasant surprise at Pebble Beach, and Thursday brought a real stunner: John Daly was near the top of the leaderboard.
With his best opening round on the PGA Tour in nearly 10 years, Daly kept a clean card at Pebble Beach on a magnificent day along the Monterey Peninsula for a 7-under 65, leaving him one shot behind J.B. Holmes and Justin Hicks in the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.
Daly won an exhibition in Turkey last year. The last official win for the two-time major champion was at Torrey Pines in 2004. So when Daly rolled in a 15-foot birdie putt on his final hole, one of the volunteers wasn't joking when he said, "Daly is at 7 under? On his own?"
Daly laughed when he heard that. Then again, this day could put anyone in a good mood.
His golf was as glorious as the sunshine. Three years ago, a beautiful day gave way to fog and then rain without notice in a two-hour span. Last year, the third round was ravaged by rain and 30 mph win. Thursday brought long shadows....
Daly, however, caused the biggest stir. It was his best start since a 64 in the Byron Nelson Championship in 2005.
He can deliver a good round -- or win a major, for that matter -- out of nowhere. Still, this wouldn't seem to be the place for it. Daly tied for 20th at Pebble Beach in his rookie season in 1991 and he hasn't made the cut in 10 tries since then. And he still hasn't.
"That wouldn't shock me," Daly said when told of his record. "I still haven't made it yet."
Next up is a trip to Monterey Peninsula, and Daly isn't sure what to expect. Part of him was still in shock over the colors -- emerald green on the fairways, blue in the ocean and that big yellow ball in the sky, always a welcome guest.
Of course, he had those colors and more in the pattern of his Loudmouth pants. Daly said that pattern is called, "In the Jungle."  http://espn.go.com/golf/story/_/id/12317822/att-pebble-beach-national-pro-first-round-john-daly-1-shot-jb-holmes-justin-hicks
Meanwhile, the once powerful Tiger Woods is scuffling along, playing his worst golf since kindergarten.
So, it is nice to see Daly, who has gone through addiction, I think bankruptcy and a lot of personal bad choices to start playing well again.

How Can We Arrest Obama For Treason?

From the Washington Times: President Obama’s temporary deportation amnesty will make it easier for illegal immigrants to improperly register and vote in elections, state elections officials testified to Congress on Thursday, saying that the driver’s licenses and Social Security numbers they will be granted create a major voting loophole.
While stressing that it remains illegal for noncitizens to vote, secretaries of state from Ohio and Kansas said they won’t have the tools to sniff out illegal immigrants who register anyway, ignoring stiff penalties to fill out the registration forms that are easily available at shopping malls, motor vehicle bureaus and in curbside registration drives
Anyone registering to vote attests that he or she is a citizen, but Ohio Secretary of State
Jon Husted said mass registration drives often aren’t able to give due attention to that part, and so illegal immigrants will still get through.
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/feb/12/obama-amnesty-creates-loophole-for-illegal-immigra/?page=1
Without a doubt that Obama's major plan for illegal immigrant amnesty is to allow more illegals to vote.
There are already illegals who vote and with the amnesty, with illegals getting driver licenses and social security cards plus lax security at polling places, there will be more and more illegals who will vote.
And when illegals vote, they take away the rights of those who voted illegally.
Sadly, many Republicans also support amnesty, along with Obama, even they say they don't and that includes John Boehner and Mitch McConnell.
It would be nice if there was a way to arrest Obama for treason while he is in office but it will take an administration, of say a Scott Walker, who will have to arrest Obama after he is out of office, assuming he doesn't pardon himself.

Grrrr!!!

Today, the Powerball lottery game was played by millions of people.
The reason?  Because it was worth about $540,000,000 if you took the money over 20 years.
There were 3 winners of the jackpot.
I was not one of them.
Like I said, the game was played by millions of people.
I thought I was among the millions who played.
I bought 5 tickets.
I asked for Powerball tickets.
Instead, I got 5 tickets of "The Pick" lottery game.
The store clerk sold me the wrong tickets and I did not check to see if the clerk gave me the right game tickets.
So, I never had a chance to win the huge jackpot, though I did win $20 on the "The Pick" game.
Normally, I would complain to the store manager about the problem and raise holy hell.
Except the clerk is a co-worker and a friend of mine.
So, I just have to shrug my shoulders and pull out my hair.

Socialized Medicine Kills Another

From the NY Daily News: Video capturing the moment a British paramedic heartlessly stood over a collapsed man outside a hospital and did nothing before walking away, leaving him to die, has been released.
The astonishing footage emerged just hours before Matt Geary was given a suspended eight-month prison term and ordered to perform community service on Wednesday for failing to his duty, the BBC reported.
Carl Cope, 47, was just a few yards away from Walsall Manor Hospital's doors, outside Birmingham, when he suddenly collapsed in June 2012.
Help never came, however. It was just a lazy spectator in Geary.
Cope was found alone and dead by the hospital's security approximately seven minutes after he suffered a heart attack that day, the BBC reported.
The 36-year-old paramedic had initially taken Cope to the hospital in his ambulance after responding to his emergency call for help that day.
But after Cope exited the hospital's waiting room to get a drink from outside, he collapsed and never made it back through the doors.
The video shows that Cope lay on the ground unattended for approximately 30 seconds before Geary exited his parked ambulance and casually walked over to him.
He carried no medical equipment with him. He instead stood over Cope while talking to him for about two minutes.
He then returned to his ambulance, hands in his pockets, before asking security to tend to the crumpled man.  http://www.nydailynews.com/news/world/paramedic-collapsed-man-dies-article-1.2111836
And there are people who want us to emulate Great Britain's type of medicine.
I'm not one of those, however.

Obama Stupidity Strikes Again

You really have to wonder if Obama is really, really stupid or really, really evil.  One thing that is a given is that his followers or think like him are extremely, extremely stupid.
From ABC News:  In his interview with Vox, President Obama said the media “absolutely” overstates the threat of terrorism in comparison to the threat of climate change.
Vox asked Obama, "Do you think the media sometimes overstates the level of alarm people should have about terrorism and this kind of chaos, as opposed to a longer-term problem of climate change and epidemic disease?"
The president responded in the interview released this week: "Absolutely. And I don't blame the media for that. What's the famous saying about local newscasts, right? If it bleeds, it leads, right? You show crime stories and you show fires, because that's what folks watch, and it's all about ratings. And, you know, the problems of terrorism and dysfunction and chaos, along with plane crashes and a few other things, that's the equivalent when it comes to covering international affairs. … And climate change is one that is happening at such a broad scale and at such a complex system, it's a hard story for the media to tell on a day-to-day basis."
In today’s White House briefing, Press Secretary Josh Earnest explained why the White House views climate change as a greater threat than terrorism.
KARL: [The president] was asked if the media overstate the level of alarm people should have about terrorism, as opposed to longer-term problems of climate change and epidemic disease. He said absolutely. So, let me just clarify. Is the president saying, as he seems to be implying here, that the threat of climate change is greater than the threat of terrorism?
EARNEST: I think, Jon, the point that the president is making is that there are many more people on -- on an annual basis who have to confront the impact -- the direct impact on their lives -- of climate change, or on the spread of a disease, than on terrorism.   http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/climate-change-greater-threat-terrorism-white-house/story?id=28872778
The day before Obama asked Congress for permission to send troops to the war zones and fight terrorism, he comes with this crackpot comment.
Perhaps, Obama was on crack when he said that climate change is more dangerous than terrorism.
Last time I heard, climate change has not beheaded anybody.
Climate change has not burned a man alive in a cage.
Climate change has not murdered an American woman who was helping those in Syria.
Climate change has not raped and killed children.
Climate change has not killed anybody in the name of religion.
Climate change has not kidnapped and sold women and girls into slavery.
Obama is a complete and utter fool, moron and mentally challenged who is also quite evil.
And once again, Obama has down played muslim terrorism.
Quiz time:
What is the difference between Obama and an ISIS terrorist?
Answer: Obama is older and not much else.
