On Tuesday, we had a medical emergency at the Wal Mart I work at on Boulder Hwy and Nellis.
We called for the paramedics and the CCFD. The dispatch center sent the rescue squads to the wrong Wal Mart, the once close to Henderson.
Fortunately, the patient we had had seizures and since I have seen over 15,000 seizures in my lifetime, I was not concerned. However, if this was a cardiac arrest or trauma, then what?
So, to the dispatch center, even 1 error can be costly.
