The school I teach at in the Clark County School District has been named one of the persistently lowest-achieving schools in Nevada. Seven schools were given this honor.
On the plus side, we may be eligible for some funding through a federal funding fund called the ARRA fund, whatever that is.
Not the honor I was hoping for.
ARRA is Porkulus!
ReplyDeleteYou, too, may be smothered in pig-fat.
Yup. Screw up and get rewarded.
ReplyDeleteBut I will defend our school as it is not as bad as it seems. The kids that show up to school actually do get a good education.
And I must say, Nevada's and CCSD standards standards for school are much higher than MPS.
