The LVRJ, in an article today, writes about the search warrant at an apartment in which Trevon Cole was killed. http://www.lvrj.com/news/affidavit-alleges-detective-bought-marijuana-from-man-officer-killed-98658969.html
The article shows that an undercover officer bought just over a pound of pot from Cole prior to the warrant being served and it describes the reason why the search warrant was executed at night.
Clearly, Cole is not the totally innocent person that his family and attorney claim he is. His family should just admit this, if they knew about it. They would have more creditability.
But it does not give any insight as to why he was shot.
And of course, we will have to wait for the inquest before any information will be released.
I am not a fan of the American Criminal Liberties Union, but I wondering if they are not correct on the issue of the coroner's inquest and police shootings.
