How Is That Gitmo Closing Going?

It's been 18 months since President Obama signed an executive order closing the Guantanamo Bay prison for enemy combatants int he War on Terror.
It's been over six months since the base prison was supposed to be closed.
I can see all the anger from foreign countries that the base has not been closed. I see that the Taliban and the opposition fighters keep bring up the Gitmo problem. I see the liberals have been marching in the street because Gitmo has not been closed.
What? Those things are not happening?
Maybe Bush was right in putting the terrorists in Gitmo. And maybe is Obama is right in keeping the terrorists there. Obama won't admit it, but he is right in keeping the base prison open for the terrorists and the libeals were wrong. Again.
