Pre School Teacher Charged With Making Death Threats To GOP Senate Members

From The Wisconsin State Journal: A Cross Plains woman was charged Thursday with making death threats to Republican state senators in connection with Gov. Scott Walker's controversial plan to limit collective bargaining for public employees. Katherine R. Windels, 26, of Cross Plains faces two felony bomb scare counts along with two misdemeanor counts of sending a computer message threatening injury or harm. According to a criminal complaint filed in Dane County Circuit Court, Windels sent a threatening email to 15 Republican senators on March 9 that began: "Please put your things in order because you will be killed and your families will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks." Windels sent a separate email to Sen. Robert Cowles, R-Green Bay, earlier the same day threatening to put "a nice little bullet in your head" and claiming to have placed several bombs in his house and car, as well as at the state Capitol, the complaint states. The email sent to the 15 senators, which also included Cowles, included the same threats. Windels told an investigator from the Wisconsin Department of Justice that she wrote and sent the emails to the senators, but did not intend to follow through on any of her statements and said she was angry "about what they were doing," the complaint says. This woman has some serious mental health issues and she should never be allowed to teach or work with children in any kind of setting for the rest of her life. Having said that, this is what happens when some people get too involved in a situation that is extremely heated. This thugette clearly was influenced by the union members who called Walker, Hitler and other vile names, acted like thugs and goons and continue to do so. While this thugette is the one who is most responsible, the liberals and unions protesting in Madison also share some responsibility in this thugette's behavior.
