From AOL News: A New Jersey woman who police say injected a man's penis with silicone, resulting in his death, has been charged with manslaughter.
The Essex County prosecutor's office says 34-year-old Kasia Rivera gave 22-year-old Justin Street the injection on May 5. Such injections often are used to enlarge body parts, such as the buttocks.
Street died the day after his injection. His death was ruled a homicide following an investigation and a medical examiner's determination he died of a silicone embolism.
Rivera also faces charges for the unauthorized practice of medicine. She was arrested Friday and is being held on $75,000 bail. It's unclear if she has a lawyer. No telephone listing could be found for her home in East Orange.

I understand the practicing medicine without a license but the fool that died had to have agreed to the injections, so the manslaughter charge seems a little hard to prove.
It gives the slang word for corpse "stiff" a whole new meaning.
Seriously, last year, we had a Hispanic woman die after receiving a butt enhancement and the "doctors" used silicone you can buy from Lowes. The lady had the procedure done in the back of a Las Vegas tile store and when things went badly the "doctors" dumped her on a street corner just before they tried to board a flight back to Central America. Another woman was arrested in the middle of plastic surgery on a patient because she never had a doctors license. Why do people do such stupid things? Stupidity? Being vain? Cheap? And for the "doctors" just plain greed.
So, because this couple's stupidity, the victim will be the butt of people's jokes while the defendant will want a prosecutor who is soft on crime.
