Most of Las Vegas Sun's editorials take at least 3 or 4 sentences to before they start sound dumb. But today, in the very first sentence, the editorial writer makes herself sound like an idiot.

Umm, Linda, have you ever heard of the Separation of Powers? Congress cannot investigate the Supreme Court for this, even if they wanted to.

Are you sure about that, Dan? There is separation of powers, but it's not unusual at all to have the Congress investigate the EXECUTIVE branch. Or at least they try.
