No one won the Wednesday Powerball, making Saturday's Powerball at least $475.000,000 and probably closer to $500,000,000.
In Las Vegas, you can go to Primm and get the Powerball tickets at the Primm lottery store, by the outlet stores. Be prepared to stand in line for hours.
Or, you can go to Arizona and get tickets at the Last Stop, about 25 miles south of Hoover Dam and you can make your way down Hwy 93 to Kingman. If you want the road trip, you can go to Needles and Palm Springs CA or Lake Havasu, AZ. Maybe Dolan Springs, AZ. might have some retailers.

I've found Rosie's Den (even though it mostly burned down), south of The Last Stop to be much faster than going to Primm, where the line can wrap around the building a couple of times.
