From the Las Vegas Sun: A longtime scenic helicopter tour operator will continue to operate through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, an attorney representing the company said Tuesday.
Heli USA Airways, based at McCarran International Airport, filed its petition in the Nevada district of U.S. Bankruptcy Court on Monday. Initial court appearances are expected next week.
Court documents say there are up to 49 creditors with assets and liabilities listed at under $50,000.

It's quite possible that when Obama was visiting Las Vegas in 2011-12, it cost this company hundred's of thousands of dollars when then they shut down the air space around Las Vegas and also shut down all the surrounding airports.
It is indisputable that Obama's visits have cost businesses in the Las Vegas millions of dollars and it may have factored into this company's bankruptcy.
