They probably have enough Democrats in prison now, that they can have their own prison. Former incompetent mayor of New Orleans, Ray Nagin will soon be undergoing a full body and cavity search.
From WBRZ.com: Jurors returned a guilty verdict against former New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin
Wednesday in his federal corruption trial.
The jury made the announcement after just over six hours of deliberation,
according to WDSU in New Orleans.
Nagin faced a 21-count indictment and was found guilty of 20. The jury
returned a "not guilty" verdict for one charge of bribery.
Prosecutors said he took hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes from
people doing business with the city. Defense attorneys argued the case was built
on lies and the testimony of businessman who made plea deals for lighter
sentences.
Sentencing has been set for June 11. The judge ordered Nagin into home
detention until he could be sentenced. http://www.wbrz.com/news/jurors-found-nagin-guilty-of-corruption-bribery
Nagin and the governor of Louisiana at the time, Kathleen Babineaux Blanco are the people sole responsible for the horrors of Hurricane Katrina, not President George Bush as the liberals try to point out.
So, if you believe in karma, Nagin got his after causing so many people to die and get hurt during the hurricane.
Hopefully, he will rot in prison for a long time.
Well, that's not entirely fair. Nagin was Mayor of New Orleans, but many seemingly blamed him for problems in all areas that were hit down there, including those areas outside his jurisdiction (i.e.., outside NOLA). There was plenty of blame to go around, and all of the people you named share it, along with some others. It didn't help that Dubya was having cake with McCain, and then learning guitar from a country star when it was all going down. . .
