A Good Weekend For Wisconsin Sports
The Green Bay Packers defeated the Philly Eagles 53-20
the Wisconsin Badgers defeated the Nebraska Cornhuskers, 59-24 and running back Melvin Gordon rushed for 408 yards, setting an NCAA top tier rushing record.
So, the two major football teams in Wisconsin scored 112 points whole their opponents scored 44. That's a whipping.
Matt Kenseth won the Nationwide NASCAR race on Saturday.
Paul Menard finished 4th and Kenseth finished 6th in the NASCAR Sprint race in Florida.
The Wisconsin Badger basketball team won a couple of games along with the Marquette Warriors.
The Badgers cross country qualified for nationals in Cross-Country.
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated Miami in Miami on Sunday and already won 5 games so far this season. Last year they only won 15 games all season.
Not too many States can compare to the State of Wisconsin's athletic success.
