Ginsberg needs to recuse her self.
From Fox News:
A looming Supreme Court case reviewing a key component of theAffordable Care Act is raising questions about what would happen if the Obama administration loses.
On March 4, the Supreme Court will be asked to decide whether the IRS illegally extended subsidies to millions of Americans in order to underwrite the cost of their health insurance policies under ObamaCare....
In an interview earlier this week, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg summed up her thoughts on Congress’ ability to step in where laws need to be updated or fixed.
"The current Congress is not equipped really to do anything," she said.

It appears Ginsberg has already decided that she will vote to say the subsidies by the Federal government is just peachy fine because, after all Congress can't handle the job.
Well, it is not her place to decide whether Congress will "fix" the problem as she likes. Her jobs is to decide whether the law is unconstitutional or not.
And since Ginsberg has already decided how she will rule and the reason why before the arguments take place, she needs to recuse herself from the hearing and if she does not, then she needs to be impeached as being totally incompetent to do her job.
