Today, the National Weather Service was issuing tornado watches and a few warnings for possible tornadoes today, in the Texas Panhandle and surrounding areas.
Meanwhile, an actual tornado or 3 actually touched down in Wyoming, South Dakota and Minnesota.
They only issued warnings after the tornadoes were on the ground.
They never issued any tornado watches for these areas.
They probably said something to the effect "What the hell is this? The tornadoes must have come out of nowhere".
What a bunch of incompetent boobs.
