People Are Such Pigs

I work at a big box store, where the name name starts with a K and has the same last name as Wal-Mart.
today, while getting the grocery carts, I found 4 baby diapers (as opposed to adult diapers) inside of 4 different carts.
Why would parents do this, especially since there garbage cans within 15 feet of where I found the carts.
And this is not the first time.  In the last 4 weeks or so, I have picked up at least 10 baby diapers from grocery carts.
And these parent wannabes think they are good parents?
And they think people want to use the carts they threw their dirty diapers?
These parents are such pigs and I am sure their kids will be the same way because the apple doesn't fall from the tree.
