From the NY Daily News: Donald Trump’s calls for violence at his presidential campaign rallies might come back to hurt him — in court.
A federal judge in Kentucky has shot down a request from Trump’s attorneys to dismiss a lawsuit alleging that the man who is now President incited violence against protesters at a Louisville rally last year.
U.S. District Judge David J. Hale wrote in his Friday decision that Trump plausibly “intended for audience members to act on his words” when he ordered for protesters to be kicked out of his rally in March.
Three protesters — Kashiya Nwanguma, Molly Shah, and Henry Brousseau — have alleged that as they demonstrated at the rally, Trump yelled “Get ‘em out of here” right before several audience members, including a white supremacist, attacked them.

First, these three thug protestersvoluntarilyput themselves in harms way when they decided they were more important than anyone else at that rally. So, if they got pushed, so what? If they got the crap beat out of them, I have no sympathy for them. They put themselves in that position.
Second, Trump never said to attack the thugs and he had every right to tell them to get out.
Finally, this judge, appointed by Obama, must have gotten his law degree from the bottom of a Cracker Jack box because he certainly is not smart enough to go to college.
Rumor has it, he is related to this guy:
