From the Wisconsin State Journal: Charges have been filed against a 29-year-old inmate at Waupun Correctional Institution who is accused of sending a threatening letter to the Fond du Lac County district attorney....
According to the criminal complaint, Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney received the threatening letter from Luke in March 2016. The evidence was submitted to the FBI Laboratory and Luke’s DNA was discovered on the letter....
The letter threatens Toney and his family. It talks about having connections to ISIS and also threatened to harm Toney and his loved ones. According to the criminal complaint, Luke used an alias in the letter but his own name in the return address. The letter writer threatened to decapitate Toney.

So, if you are threatening a district attorney, you probably should not put your return address on the envelope.
