From the Washington Times: President Barack Obama addressed supporters in Roanoke, Virginia on Saturday afternoon and took a shot at the business community. President Obama dismissed any credit business owners give themselves for their success:.
There are a lot of wealthy, successful Americans who agree with me -- because they want to give something back. They know they didn’t -- look, if you’ve been successful, you didn’t get there on your own. You didn’t get there on your own. I’m always struck by people who think, well, it must be because I was just so smart. There are a lot of smart people out there. It must be because I worked harder than everybody else. Let me tell you something -- there are a whole bunch of hardworking people out there. (Applause.)
If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help. There was a great teacher somewhere in your life. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive. Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you’ve got a business -- you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen. The Internet didn’t get invented on its own. Government research created the Internet so that all the companies could make off the Internet.

So, all Obama thinks people who succeed work hard. What crap. First, the people who start companies not only work hard but they are smart, work insanely long hours, take chances and often, they fail.
Obama also shows his stupidity when he talks about firefighters: There are some things, just like fighting fires, we don’t do on our own. I mean, imagine if everybody had their own fire service. That would be a hard way to organize fighting fires. First, there are numerous private fire companies that do firefighting- it’s not all done by the government. Rural/Metro is a large firefighting company that fires for different cities in the United States. In fact, the federal government contracts with numerous firefighting companies, especially during the wildfire season. We also have numerous volunteer firefighting organizations that are not owned by the government.
Meanwhile, where does government gets it’s money to do their research, to build roads, to pay teachers and run government? Of course, it is business owners their customers and taxpayers. We have had small businesses long before we had a Federal government.
A question to Obama: You say "I did this" Under my direction" etc.and all the time he takes credit for doing something, does that mean he needs to share credit instead of taking all the credit?
I think President Obama has just lost it and we need to give him the title: "First Insane President" .
