Illegal Alien Behads 14 Year Old Girl
Build the wall.
From AL.com: A 13-year-old Huntsville girl was beheaded after she witnessed her grandmother assaulted with a knife and left to die on the ground in a cemetery, court testimony revealed.
From AL.com: A 13-year-old Huntsville girl was beheaded after she witnessed her grandmother assaulted with a knife and left to die on the ground in a cemetery, court testimony revealed.
The grandmother was associated with the Sinaloa Cartel, a drug-trafficking organization, a Madison County sheriff's investigator testified today.
Just days before Oralia Mendoza and her granddaughter, Mariah Lopez, were killed, Mendoza and three others went to pick up a batch of methamphetamine, Investigator Stacy Rutherford told a judge. After one of her drug cohorts became suspicious, the situation turned deadly.
Israel Palomino, 34, and Yoni Aguilar, 26, are charged with two counts each of capital murder in the slayings of Mendoza and Lopez....
During the early morning hours of June 4, Mendoza was told she and Lopez would be taken somewhere safe.
Instead, Rutherford testified, Palomino and Aguilar drove the woman and her granddaughter to Moon Cemetery on Cave Springs Road. Mendoza and Palomino got out of the car and argued about the drug buy, according to Aguilar's account, which Rutherford recounted in court.
The argument escalated, and Aguilar told police Palomino killed Mendoza. Authorities have said her cause of death was sharp force trauma caused by a knife.
Because Lopez was a witness, the suspects took the girl to a secluded area on nearby Lemley Drive, Rutherford testified. In his statement, Aguilar said Palomino forced him to kill the girl.
Aguilar told investigators he was holding the knife when Palomino came up to him and moved his arm back and forth in a sawing motion. Lopez was beheaded, Rutherford testified.
And the booking for 1 of the thugs:

About Those Unnamed Sources The Media Uses
About all those unnamed sources the media like to use against President Trump in fake news sources.
It is about 1 hour before President Trump announces his Supreme Court nomination and not 1 source in the Trump administration has leaked the name of the nominee.

Pawn Stars "The Old Man" Has Died
From the LVRJ: Richard Harrison, the patriarch of the Harrison family and the driving force behind the History channel popular program “Pawn Stars,” has died.
Harrison’s death was announced Monday morning on the Gold & Silver Pawn Facebook page.
The announcement said Harrison “was surrounded by loving family this past weekend and went peacefully.”
We are deeply saddened by the loss of our friend Richard ‘The Old Man’ Harrison, a beloved member of the HISTORY and @pawnstars family. He will be greatly missed for his wisdom and candor. Our thoughts are with the Harrison family during this difficult time pic.twitter.com/2lPb3jUazf— HISTORY (@HISTORY) June 25, 2018
Harrison, scaled back his “Pawn Stars” appearances about a year ago.
“It was a third career I’d never even imagined: military then real estate then TV star,” he told the Review-Journal through a publicist in January. As for what he’s enjoying most about his semiretirement, Harrison said, “spending more time with my wife and grandkids,” before joking, “and not working with Corey, Chum (Austin Russell) and Rick (Harrison, his son) every day.”

He was a very nice man to my son and I and told me a lot about collecting coins.
RIP sir and prayers for the family and friends.

And 9/11 Keeps On Killing
From the Officer Down Memorial Page:
CHARLES SALAWAY
Sergeant Charles Salaway died as the result of cancer that he developed following his assignment to the search and recovery efforts at the World Trade Center site following the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks.
Sergeant Salaway had served with the New York State Police for 27 years. He is survived by his wife, three sons, and two daughters. His wife and one son both serve with the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.

On the morning of September 11th, 2001, seventy-two officers from a total of eight local, state, and federal agencies were killed when terrorist hijackers working for the al Qaeda terrorist network, headed by Osama bin Laden, crashed four hijacked planes into the World Trade Center towers in New York City, the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, and a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
After the impact of the first plane into the World Trade Center's North Tower, putting the safety of others before their own, law enforcement officers along with fire and EMS personnel, rushed to the burning Twin Towers of the World Trade Center to aid the victims and lead them to safety. Due to their quick actions, it is estimated that over 25,000 people were saved.
As the evacuation continued, the South Tower unexpectedly collapsed as a result of the intense fire caused by the impact. The North Tower collapsed a short time later. Seventy-one law enforcement officers, 343 members of the New York City Fire Department and over 2,800 civilians were killed at the World Trade Center site.
A third hijacked plane crashed into a field in rural Pennsylvania when the passengers attempted to re-take control of the plane. One law enforcement officer, who was a passenger on the plane, was killed in that crash.
The fourth hijacked plane was crashed into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, killing almost 200 military and civilian personnel. No law enforcement officers were killed at the Pentagon on 9/11.
The terrorist attacks resulted in the declaration of war against the Taliban regime, the illegal rulers of Afghanistan, and the al Qaeda terrorist network which also was based in Afghanistan.
On September 9th, 2005, all of the public safety officers killed on September 11th, 2001, were posthumously awarded the 9/11 Heroes Medal of Valor by President George W. Bush.
The contamination in the air at the World Trade Center site caused many rescue personnel to become extremely ill and eventually led to the death of several rescue workers.
On May 1st, 2011 members of the United States military conducted a raid on a compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, and killed Osama bin Laden.

This Firefighter Union President Gets It
From the Chicago Sun Times: The president of the Chicago Firefighters Union is apologizing for a protest during the national anthem that marred a charity football game dedicated to the memory of two fallen Chicago heroes.
Local 2 President Jim Tracy said he was
“appalled and embarrassed” about what he called the “classless behavior of one of our members” during the “First Responders Bowl” at Brother Rice High school last weekend.
Tracy was referring to African-American firefighter Camron McGarity, who kneeled while the Star Spangled Banner was played before the Fire Department Blaze faced off against the Chicago Police Department Enforcers.
“This game was about honoring our Line of Duty Death Brothers Paul Bauer, CPD and Juan Bucio, CFD and their families for their bravery and commitment to the City of Chicago,” Tracy wrote in a “Dear Brothers and Sisters” email to the rank-and-file.
“This was not the place to make a self-serving, attention-drawing, pot-stirring statement. This person has not made this statement at any other games this year. He chose this game for this classless act for his own personal gain.”
He added, “I apologize to all the CPD and CFD players, their families and friends who were upset by this selfless act.” Tracy apparently meant to write “selfish.”
The union president could not have said it better.

Of Course Journalists Should Be Licensed
President Trump implied that journalists should be licensed or at least held to to a certain to a specific standard.
Of course, said journalists are outraged because after all, they are better people than anybody else on the globe.
Let's look at some occupations that are licensed by most, if not all jurisdictions.
Doctor, nurse, CNA, physical, occupational and speech therapists, teachers and teacher aides, barbers, beauticians, bartenders, truck and taxi drivers, clergy (if they perform marriages), pharmacists, police officers, firefighters, EMT and paramedics, stockbrokers, fast food workers, child care workers, lawyers, business owners, drivers of any kind, CPA's and accountants, security guards, rail road engineers, pilots, social workers, any juvenile who wants to work and the list can go on and on.
In fact, most jobs have some kind of government over site.
Except journalists.
Why are they so darn special?
License journalists.

Another Hypocrite Politician Bites The Dust
From Mediaite: New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has resigned following the stunning New Yorker report on four women accusing him of physical violence.
The women — two of whom went public with their identities — all allege physical abuse and violence from Schneiderman, among the many many disturbing claims detailed in the New Yorker piece, including threats he made.
The women — two of whom went public with their identities — all allege physical abuse and violence from Schneiderman, among the many many disturbing claims detailed in the New Yorker piece, including threats he made.
One woman, who Schneiderman dated for nearly two years, claimed the former attorney general slapped her across the face violently, an assault which left her ear injured for months. Three others had similar stories about Schneiderman’s violence and abusive behavior.
In response to the report, Schneiderman denied he engaged in any non-consensual behavior and said he had been “role-playing.” Governor Andrew Cuomo and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand had called on him to resign earlier tonight. https://www.mediaite.com/online/breaking-new-york-ag-eric-schneiderman-resigns-after-shocking-report/

Arizona Teacher Strike Over
From the Kingman Daily Miner:
Unable to convince Republicans to provide more cash for K-12 education, members of the #RedForEd movement told members late Tuesday to go back to work.
But not until Thursday. And not until lawmakers give final approval to the budget and teacher pay plan, now scheduled for later today.
Noah Karvelis, one of the organizers of Arizona Educators United, said the movement - and the strike that began this past Thursday - already has scored several key victories.
He said the Republican-controlled Legislature agreed last month to extend the 0.6-cent sales tax for education beyond its 2020 expiration date. That was not something that was even on Gov. Doug Ducey's agenda when the session started in January.
More significant, Ducey has agreed to an average 9 percent pay hike for teachers for the coming school year, with a 5 percent increase the following year and an identical increase the year after that. By contrast, the budget the governor presented to lawmakers included just a one-time 1 percent increase.
Karvelis said the budget still leaves the #RedForEd movement far short of its original goals.
But he said that it has now become obvious that this is the best educators will get, at least this year. http://m.kdminer.com/news/2018/may/01/redfored-surrenders-teachers-should-be-back-work-t/
This whole strike was about politics, with the liberal teachers union taking on the GOP in Arizona.
There were no winners in this but the children of the State certainly lost.

Another Teacher's Perspective On Striking Teachers
A great article.
From Ajalonjoi:I'm an educator with a different perspective from what you’re hearing. I worked in public schools for 12 years, as an afterschool provider, teacher, administrator and more. I’ve taught in three states and now stay home to raise my kids. I don’t claim to be an expert in everything education, but I have my experiences, and don’t agree with what's happening. Let me explain.
1. WE CHOSE TO BE TEACHERS and knew it didn't pay much. Most of us don't pick this field for the money, but we are accountable for our choices. You can easily research pay scales, benefits, etc. for districts and states. We do our searching, make our choice and sign the contract. I had a professor spend an entire class explaining how he supported his family on a meager teacher’s salary, with sacrifices, but he made it work, and encouraged us to really ponder this before moving on in the program.
“But,” some argue, “the hours, all the hours and little pay don’t balance out”. I know the hours dedicated teachers put into their jobs, I've been there. We do what’s expected, then more because we care. I cried when I got my first paycheck, after deductions it wasn’t much more than what I made in college. In time though, I came to appreciate the other benefits of my job, like healthcare, retirement plan and days off....
YOU’RE EITHER WITH US OR AGAINST US in the fight to fund education.
Really??........So either I completely agree with your movement....or I hate teachers and kids? What if I am a teacher, what if I have kids, in the public schools? Why do things have to be so polarized, this is neither fair or realistic as life is not so black and white. I know many people who appreciate teachers and don’t’ like to see schools struggle, they simply don’t want to get taxed more. They’re struggling too, your parents, the voters, they want to keep money in their paychecks like you want to see more. Both are fair. I know small business owners who, between The Recession, Obamacare, and minimum wage spikes, are strapped. You can’t nickel and dime people because you think you have the moral high ground.
“Then tax the big corporations!” Remember things are not just black and white. Take my home state, Arizona. Many businesses have been relocating to AZ because of low corporate taxes, https://www.paysa.com/blog/2017/06/01/tech-companies-abandon-silicon-valley-head-to-phoenix/ especially from their highly taxed neighbor to the West. Businesses bring jobs, growth and money, do you want that to leave?
And the list goes on.
Great article
Arizona School Strike Continues
For a fourth day, most schools in Arizona will be closed on Tuesday.
The teachers say they are fighting for the kids but not all school districts are closed. The Lake Havasu Unified School District is still open. Apparently, they must hate kids.
While teachers have demanded a 20% raise they also demand more funding for school districts but they refuse to give a number that will get the schools open.
AZ. Governor Ducey has pretty much caved into some of teachers demands. Can' wait for other State employees to go on strike and demand more money.
As time goes on, it appears that this strike is more about politics than money. Since there are no firm demands by the teachers, the longer the strike and embarrassment for the GOP who Occupy the governors office and controls both legislative bodies.
From News accounts, some districts are allowing teachers to take sick time or comp time. That's disgraceful.
Having been a teacher for 20 years, I find the behavior of the striking Arizona teachers disgusting.

Why Andrew Cuomo Will Never Be President
Gov. Andrew Cosmo is the governor of New York and is seriously considering running for president in 2020.
Well, he will never win because he gave clemency to a murderer who killed 2 police officers and a security guard.
From The Journal News: Nearly a year after she was denied parole for murder convictions in the 1981 Brinks robbery and killings, Judith Clark has been given a new chance to gain her freedom.
State Supreme Court Justice John Kelley ruled Thursday that Clark, 68, must be granted a new parole hearing within 60 days and a decision within 30 days of the interview, according to court documents. Clark was a getaway driver in the notorious Brinks heist in which two Nyack police officers and a Brinks guard were killed.
Clark has served more than 36 years of a 75 years-to-life sentence for two counts of second-degree murder and one count of first-degree murder.
She was behind the wheel of a getaway car when gunmen jumped from the rear of a U-Haul van at the entrance to the state Thruway on Mountainview Avenue. Police Sgt. Edward O'Grady and Officer Waverly "Chipper" Brown were killed. Nyack Detective Arthur Keenan was shot and Officer Brian Lennon was injured....
Last year, Gov. Andrew Cuomo commuted Clark's life sentence, allowing the once self-proclaimed revolutionary to seek early release.

Say bye bye to your presidential aspirations, you moron governor.

A Tale Of Two DMVs
Yesterday, I had to go to the Laughlin NV and Kingman DMVs.
A couple of weeks ago I had my wallet stolen and lost my drivers license.
Even though I lived in Arizona for the past few years, having moving from Nevada, I never got around to getting an Arizona drivers license.
So, yesterday, I went to the Laughlin DMV in Nevada to find what to do.
There were 2 workers and 3 customers. Each worker was helping a customer and another customer was taking a written test.
One worker had the misfortune of having a customer getting something off the the customer's phone.
I was in the office for 45 minutes and this customer was still there.
The other worker worked and chatted to the customer for 30 minutes. After that customer was done the employee decided it was time to go filing.
However, when this employee called me, she was very helpful and nice and gave me the info I needed.
About 3 hours, I went to the Kingman DMV. There were bout 10 customers and 7 employees there. I was in and out with my drivers license (paper copy) in 10 minutes. Maybe less. The employees were nice and were efficient.

Arizona Teachers To Strike
I guess contracts mean nothing to teachers in Arizona as the teachers are prepared to have a stike starting on Thursday.
From the Kingman Unified School District:
From the Kingman Unified School District:
Dear Parent / Guardians,
#RedForEd has called for a teacher “Walkout” for Thursday, April 26th. Their action is based on a State wide employee vote where 78 percent of the voters said “yes” to a teacher walkout. KUSD will close all schools except La Senita (Little Explorers) on Thursday, April 26th. It will be a work day for all of our school employees. We will utilize Thursday to assess the ability to reopen schools on Monday, April 30th. Employees will also be working on assigned tasks.
Our decision on whether to have school on Monday, April 30th will be made by 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 26th. If the walkout continues we will plan on key school events such as Proms, Senior Awards, Senior Trips, and Graduation to take place as scheduled. We will work with AIA and other school districts to participate in varsity sports. The City Recreation Superintendent Yvonne Cossio has offered child supervision programs to help parents.
We hope the State reaches an agreement with the teachers so that we do not get to the “Walkout” on Thursday. Please check for daily (Monday to Friday) updates on the KUSD website and KUSD Facebook. We will also conduct KUSD “One Calls” to parents of the impending school closure on Thursday.
Respectfully,
Roger Jacks
Superintendent

Some points:
The teachers better not be paid during strike.
2. The school year has to be extended for as many days as the kids are out.
3. Why is this happening now? Weren't teachers underpaid when Obama was president?
4. The KUSD has a very high rate of poverty. How are some these families going to pay for daycare or take days off of work?
These teachers are supposed to be role models for the kids. Oops, the teachers are acting just like the kids they teach.
I am former teacher in KUSD and the Lake Havasu school district, so I know what it is like to teach in Arizona and it is no different than teaching anywhere else.

From Reuters: Police in Canada’s largest city initially said eight to 10 people had been injured but later said it was unclear exactly how many had been hurt or the extent of their injuries.
A Reuters witness said there were at least two bodies at the site of the incident.
It was not immediately clear if the incident was a deliberate act by the driver or a traffic mishap. It occurred at lunchtime on a sunny day and the sidewalks of the mixed commercial and residential area were full of pedestrians.
If it quacks like duck, looks like a duck and floats a duck, it most likely is a duck.

Post Office Screws Up Again
The United States Postal Service is generally known for their efficiency and this is another reason.
From the Chicago Tribune:
From the Chicago Tribune:
The timeworn apartment building in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood hardly looks like the corporate headquarters of one of the world’s largest shipping companies.
But for a few recent months, that’s essentially what it became — at least as far as the U.S. Postal Service was concerned.
Federal court papers unsealed last week revealed an astonishing but ultimately bungled scheme to file a change-of-address form claiming that shipping giant United Parcel Service had moved its headquarters from a bustling business park in Atlanta to a tiny garden apartment.
Not only did the change go through, but it also took months for anyone to catch on. In the meantime, so many thousands of pieces of first-class mail meant for UPS poured into Apartment L2 at 6750 N. Ashland Ave. that a mail carrier had to bring in a tub to hold it all, a search warrant application filed in U.S. District Court disclosed.
Among the correspondence were letters meant for the company’s CEO and other executives, sensitive documents containing personal information, as well as corporate credit cards and tens of thousands of dollars in business checks, according to an affidavit from the U.S. Postal Inspection Service submitted with the warrant.
It wasn’t until the resident, Dushaun Spruce, allegedly deposited nearly $60,000 in UPS checks into his bank account in late January that UPS was alerted to the alleged scam, court papers say.
This happened for 3 months and no one from the Post Office caught on?
Not the letter carrier? The person/computer who sorts the mail? The person entered the change of address form into the computer?
Government workers at their best.

Sad Day In Florida
From the NY Post: Two sheriff’s deputies have been killed in Florida Thursday— gunned down in broad daylight — during a suspected ambush, according to authorities.
The cops were eating at a Chinese restaurant in the city of Trenton, about 35 miles west of Gainesville, when the shooter walked up and started blasting through a window, officials said in a statement.
The gunman shot both deputies dead and then took his own life. Officials said no one else was injured. The incident happened around 3 p.m.
The cops involved were deputies with the Gilchrist County Sheriff’s Office.
“As fellow deputies responded to the scene, they found the shooter deceased outside the business, and both Deputy Sheriffs where they died of their wounds,” officials said.
The same thing happened in Las Vegas a couple years ago a couple came into a restaurant and killed 2 cops and the reason was that they wanted to start a revolution: so it will be interesting to see what the motive was.
RIP to the officers, and prayers for the families, friends and colleagues.

RIP Harry Anderson
Harry Anderson starred in one of my favorite TV show and passed away today.
From Fox News: Harry Anderson, famed 80s sitcom star best known for his work as judge Harry T. Stone on “Night Court,” has died at age 65.
From Fox News: Harry Anderson, famed 80s sitcom star best known for his work as judge Harry T. Stone on “Night Court,” has died at age 65.
The star was found dead in his Asheville, N.C., home on Monday morning at 6:41 a.m. an Asheville Police spokeswoman told Fox News. At this time, there is no official cause of death, and no foul play is suspected.
According to TMZ, Anderson’s son, Dashiell, says his father died of natural causes. The actor is survived by his wife and two children.
Fans may remember Anderson for his role in “Night Court,” but it was hardly his only acting job. After making a splash with numerous appearances on “Saturday Night Live,” he had a lengthy recurring role on “Cheers” as Harry “The Hat” Gittes. He later appeared as the original Richie character in the made-for-TV adaptation of Stephen King’s “It,” which was recently remade into a movie.
Anderson is one of my favorite actors and I've watched every episode of Night Court at least twice.
RIP Harry and please don't try to make Heaven disappear.

Liberals comprise about 30% of the United States but their combined IQ is less than 100.

Maria Bamford fears nuclear annihilation and wants a judge to reign in Donald Trump before it's too late.
The comedian has filed legal docs asking a judge for a restraining order, claiming his incendiary comments about North Korea, Russia and the nuclear arms race poses such a danger it has caused her anxiety and depression.
She specifically cites Trump's famous comment, "I too have a nuclear button and my button works." She also references Trump's perceived threat to Hillary Clinton when he talked about gun activists knowing how to deal with her.
She's not asking the judge to muzzle Trump ... she just wants him to stay 1,000 yards clear of her.
Obviously the distance between Bamford and Trump will not deter a confrontation with Putin or Kim Jong-un. Maria's apparently taking advantage of the political climate to promote her upcoming comedy tour, which fires up Tuesday. http://m.tmz.com/#!article/2018/04/16/trump-sued-by-comedian-nuclear-war-fears-maria-bamford/

Personally, I feel safer if Bamford is institutionalized and kept 1000 feet from all humans.

Global Warming Crazy Creates More Global Warming By Burning Himself Up
You can't make this up:
From the NY Post: A “green” activist who was a pioneering lawyer for gay and transgender rights — including in the notorious “Boys Don’t Cry” rape murder case — committed suicide by setting himself on fire Saturday morning in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park in a grisly act of protest against the ecological destruction of the Earth.
David Buckel, 60, left behind a charred corpse and a typed suicide note that said he was burning himself to death using “fossil fuel” to reflect how mankind was likewise killing itself, police sources said.
He left the note in a manila envelope marked “To The Police,” recovered from inside a black metal pushcart he discarded at the scene.
So, you have a lunatic who makes a crispy critter of himself to protest fossil fuels, climate change and pollution. By burning himself, he contributed to global warming, pollution and smell pollution.
On the plus size, we got rid of a lawyer, liberal and green lunatic all in 1 shot
