No matter how the media in Las Vegas spins it, the trip to Las Vegas by President Obama was a complete bust.
I talked to a friend who worked at the event and helped plan the event from a security standpoint and worked closely with the Secret Service. They expected about 15,000 people to attend and they only got 3000 people. They planned on an overflow crowd and they didn't get it.
This was a free event and it was a total bust.

Really? The shots on the news looked packed. I was at an Obama rally here at Coronado High School in 2008, which was at capacity, and it looked a lot like that. Whatevs, I guess.
ReplyDeleteI did drive by the airport when Air Force One landed. There was quite a crowd on Sunset, taking pix and videos. So, the prez must have at least a few fans.
I am surprised that people watched him come in. But don't count them as fans. Many are fans of AF!. I've watched AF1 land and takeoff and I certainly no fan of Obama.
