The drunk blond in the video, Tina Vlijter, is suing the makers of "Inside American Jail" because she says she was too drunk to sign a release.
If you watch the video, she didn't appear to be that drunk- just stupid. Further, if you don't want you face on TV for acting like a drunk, don't get drunk and don't get arrested for DUI.

My guess is this lawsuit won't go very far and she maybe offered a very small settlement offer. Maybe she is looking for another 15 minutes of fame because more people are going to watch this video now that she has filed the lawsuit.
How many of you out there had some drinks and thought that they were OK to drive but just didn't get caught? I'm sure almost everyone who has had too many has embarrassed themselves or done something that they would regret!
ReplyDeleteShe was obviously drunk enough to to find jail a fun place at the time and most likely wouldn't have signed a waiver to have everyone in the nation see her in jail!
She has every right to sue this TV show for making Millions off of a invalid waiver and her constant embarrassment. Its common contract law that you cannot have someone sign a contract under the influence. Its the TV shows mistake to have her sign a waiver especially that she was booked for DUI!
For people who are so quick to judge this girl are most likely hypocrites themselves.
