And The Country Continues To Spiral Downwards

This will get you kicked out of D.C.

I'm sure this is unconstitutional.
From the Washington Post: Rives Miller Grogan has something to say. The way he says it keeps getting him in trouble at the U.S. Capitol.
Now, after the 47-year-old Californian allegedly climbed 40 feet up a tree near the Capitol reflecting pool and tried to shout down President Obama’s inaugural address on Monday, a judge has ordered him to stay away not only from Capitol building but from the District entirely.
Grogan, an antiabortion activist, eluded capture for five hours on Monday. A Capitol police spokesman said he annoyed onlookers below by loudly shouting....
A D.C. Superior Court judge freed Grogan at a hearing Tuesday and ordered him to return for another Feb. 25 — for which he is allowed to return to the District.   http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/police-charge-tree-climbing-protester-from-inauguration/2013/01/22/663477e8-64cb-11e2-b84d-21c7b65985ee_story.html
Can you imagine the outrage if anti-war protestor Cindy Sheehan of Code Pink was ordered out of Washington D.C. or out of Crawford, TX for her protests, which were far more louder, dangerous and dirty when she protested George W. Bush.  The liberals would demand the impeachment of Bush, get the judge fired and hold massive demonstrations until she was allowed to return.
The downfall of the United States continues it's spiral downward when we have judges who kick a person out of city just for protesting.
I hope the liberals, ACLU and free speech advocates will go to bat for this guy, but I doubt it because he is just a conservative.
