A Simple Question

Today at the store I work at, some lady asked for some cigarettes to purchase.
We didn't have the brand.
She was pissed because the cigarettes were organic.
Question:
Does it really matter if you smoke organic cigarettes?
Will that make you die of lung cancer a couple of years later than if you smoked Marlboro or Camel?
Just wondering.
