Seen At A Local Golden Corral

I'm was in line at c Golden Corral restaurant when I saw a young Black gentleman wearing the following badge on hid uniform shirt:
REPUBLICANS WHO DON'T VOTE ELECT DEMOCRATS
Yep, I was surprised in seeing this.
Not because the man was a conservstive young Black man.
What was surprising was that the restaurant allowed him to do it.
