Patrick Cudahy Fire Started by Military Flare

The Patrick Cudahy fire last week was started by a couple of child like adults who fired a military flare and it landed on the roof of the factory. The resulting fire caused $50 million in damages plus countless others out of work. http://www.jsonline.com/news/milwaukee/50961012.html
They are going to be paying for this the rest of their lives, even if they don't go to jail.
It's easy to condemn the idiots for their carelessness. They did act reckless and probably stole the military flare. They destroyed a good business, put people out of work. Total idiots.
But, how many of you have used illegal fireworks? The reason I bring this up is that we set off some quasi-legal fireworks and damned near set the desert on fire (yes, you can do that). If it weren't for sand and water, we could have been in the same boat. We were lucky, these idiots were not. We're free to set off more fireworks, those idiots are going to have their wages garnished for the rest of their life and won't be able to set foot in Cudahy without wearing masks.
