Damn That U.S. Government Run Health Care- They Discriminate

So, the federal government is refusing to pay a liver transplant for a thug sentenced to life in prison. Damn that federal government health care system. And for the record, I agree with the feds- you just don't provide liver transplants to prison lifers who are on trial in which the government is seeking the death penalty.
