From the first episode, the story line was that the shop hired an intern. Chumlee wanted ordered the new intern around. They hired Lilly and the first she brought in was donuts and coffee. Chumlee had her working cleaning the garage and ordering her to do his work.
She is from UNLV and is interning during the summer, if this a true story.
The first guy brought in a record about sex ed. on a vinyl record, maybe from the 1940's or 50's. It was a record- those on vinyl and played on record players. The record had a father talking to his son about sex. The guy wanted $100 and Rick offered $30. In the bargaining, Rick asked "How much will you really take for it (the record)" That sounds exactly Les Gold of Hardcore Pawn. Rick went to $40 and that was the sale price.
Then next lady brought in a Las Vegas police department book of the Sheriff's Blue book of the criminals in the Las Vegas area. It basically was a book of booking sheets of Las Vegas criminals. Time for an expert, Mark. The lady wanted $4000.
Mark's beard is getting bigger and fluffier. The lady said she had cash offers from museums and Corey said he didn't want it, so no sale.
Rick and Lilly went to look at 1940's Tear Drop camping trailer. The trailer was pretty rusted out and in bad shape. It looks like they were at a junk yard. The guy wanted $1650 for trailer but the guy didn't have a title for the trailer. Rick offered $1000, if the guy got a title. The guy said he would get a title and there was no sale.
Corey and the Old Man went to a guys house to look at a 1936 Globe Top Refrigerator.
The fridge did not work. The fridge would be owned by the upper middle class of people in the U.S.. The guy wanted $1500 and Corey offered $900 and then $1000 and that was firm. And then $1100 and that was the sale price.
Lilly got to eat chicken wings with the Old Man. Lilly is a quiet girl but Chumlee was jealous of her.
