More Liberal Media Bias

A few days ago, an Albuquerque, New Mexico police officer was shot and killed.
The Albuquerque Journal still has refused to post a picture of the accused thug.
From the Journal: oh wait, there is nothing from the Albuquerque Journal.
Maybe it's because the thug killer is black??

So, why does the Journal refuse to picture the black thug?
Can we say: Liberal media bias?
