The Las Vegas Sun is reporting that the Democrats are going to target Rep. Joe Heck in the 2012 election.
From the Sun: The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is launching a media blitz against Republican Rep. Joe Heck, the first major move in Democrats' effort to reclaim the House in 2012.
Heck is one of 19 Republicans being targeted nationwide. Many are freshman, and most come from Democratic-leaning districts that President Barack Obama won in 2008.
The ad blitz is part of the Democrats' "Drive to 25" campaign, an effort to win the 25 seats needed to regain the House majority from Republicans in 2012.

I dunno. I don't picture Heck as much of a tough guy. In fact, if you put a swoopy hairdo on him, he'd look like one of those sister wives. Just think about it for a second, you know I'm right!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure Dr. Heck (oh my heck!) is any more secure than Dina Titus was.
Do you know Heck's bio, Jamie? He's a colonol (I think) in the army rserve, served overseas, is the medical director of the SWAT and search and Rescue for Metro and a former volunteer fireman. And he is a real medical/emergency room doctor.
