Obama's Administration Stupidity At It Again

Is President Obama and his cabinet incompetent or do they just like seeing forests burn?
From the Reno Gazette Journal: As two single-engine air tankers and a Nevada Division of Forestry helicopter dropped flame retardant on the Pinehaven Fire on Monday, Washoe County’s RAVEN helicopter with its 300-gallon water tank was grounded at the Stead Airport and unable to help.
The call not to use the helicopter, which has already fought 23 wildland fires since early 2011, was made by a Reno fire official during the initial stages of the fire as it raged in west Reno. The problem wasn’t the Regional Aviation Enforcement Unit helicopter’s ability to fight the fire, nor a lack of trust in the crew’s ability to battle the blaze.
Instead, the Washoe County Sheriff’s helicopter is not sanctioned by the federal government to fly over U.S. Forest Service land, which was also burning as part of the Pinehaven Fire on Monday.
“We are not carded; in other words, the ship is not authorized for flying into forest service land for the purpose of fighting fires,” said Sheriff Mike Haley on Monday, calling the situation an unresolved jurisdictional question between local and federal governments.

This is just as bad as the Obama administration not letting a Boeing 747  Supertanker fly and help put the fires in Colorado. 
What a bunch of clowns who operate the White House and it's agencies.
