From jsonline, Milwaukee: The man police say shot and killed a cook at an east side George Webb's was part of a group terrorizing one of the restaurant's customers and its employees, according to a criminal complaint issued Monday.Delorean Bryson, 28, of Milwaukee, is charged with first degree intentional homicide. He is accused of shooting Reginald T. Evans, 21, in the chest while Evans attempted to intercede in the melee.Three others are also charged.Joycelyn Long, 37, and Schalanda Long, 32, are both charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Oliver Kennedy, 35, is charged with a felony count of harboring or aiding a felon.According to the complaint, witnesses told investigators:A group of people who appeared to be drunk came into the restaurant after 1 a.m. Bryson, the two female defendants and a third woman began to argue with an older man seated alone at the counter.Evans came out of the kitchen and asked the group to calm down. The women began to yell insults at Evans while Bryson threw jelly packets and coffee creamers at the elderly customer.Bryson picked up a cup of chili to throw at the customer, but a female employee blocked his throw. Bryson tried to punch the woman and a waitress came to her aid. The two groups began to fight.Bryson left with Kennedy while their female companions threw hot coffee and coffee pots at Evans. Bryson returned with a handgun and shot Evans.The bullet pierced Evans's left lung and severed his bronchial artery. He bled to death on the restaurant floor.Police were able to quickly identify the group.
