With the start of the New Year, the LVRJ has come up with a new Internet web page look. It still has the usual news and comment section, but one thing is missing: saying the story has been copywritten. http://www.lvrj.com/
Is this an oversight? Maybe.
Or could it be that the LVRJ is rethinking it's position on copywrites and will no longer be associated with Righthaven- the legal firm that files lawsuits against bloggers over copywrite infringements?
Time will tell, but if the LVRJ doesn't say their stories are not copywritten, then it will be difficult for Righthaven or LVRJ to sue for copywrite infringement.
