How Is That War In Libya Going For The U.S.

Remember that war in Libya that was supposed to get rid of the little tin horn dictator Qaddafi in a few weeks that started March 19?
Well, the Libyans fired a SCUD missile yesterday but didn't do any damage and Qaddafi is still around thumbing his nose at the Americans and NATO.
Obama is out campaigning and couldn't care less about Libya. Hillary Clinton is, well, silent, hoping the problem goes away.
But this is embarrassing to the mighty U.S. and NATO that Libya is basically winning the war and I am sure the military personnel fighting this unauthorized war are extremely frustrated over at the incompetence of the Obama administration in fighting the war.
If we are not in there to win the war, then get out, even if we have to hang our head in shame that Qaddafi beat us.
Otherwise, go out and win the damn war.
