Happy Halloween from Las Vegas, where it can be argued that every day is Halloween here.But one good thing about the Las Vegas Valley is that we still have trick or treating starting at dusk on October 31, the true time for trick or treating.
And if you are a pumpkin, don't drink or drive or you will face the consequences as seen above. (Lord knows, I have had days like this)
