Detroit Lion's defensive end, Ndamukong Suh is a thug and on Thanksgiving, he showed why he is considered to be a dirty player.
Early in the 3rd quarter, the Packers were stopped on a 3rd down and were going to kick a chip shot field goal. But instead, Suh decided to see what it was like to stomp grapes as his next job when he decided to stomp on Green Bay Packers guard Evan Dietrich-Smith right shoulder. Suh decided to do this on Thanksgiving Day, one of the most watched regular season football games. Suh was then ejected from the game.
Instead of the Packers being up 10-0, the Lions then trailed 14-0 and they basically lost the pressure on the quarterback, Aaron Rogers, with Suh's ejection.
After that, the Packers were not rushed and they could pass at will against the Lions.
So, with the ejection of Suh, he will face a huge fine and suspension of at least 1 game, but my guess 2-3 games. He has been fined numerous times in his short 2 season career, so just fining him will do nothing, he needs to be suspended.
Yes, I realize that suspending Suh would hurt the team, but if the coaches and veterans had done their job and talked to Suh about his behavior, then this incident probably never would have happened.
And if you think the Lion's fans are sticking up for Suh, I have visited a couple of newspaper comments section from the Detroit papers and their fans are livid and they don't support Suh. Most think he ought to be suspended and these are the Lions fans.
So this Packer fan along with many other Packer fans say a hearty thank you to Ndamukong Suh for his thuggish behavior and guaranteeing another Packer victory. And I hope Suh enjoys the next 2-3 weekends off so he can think of other ways to embarrass himself and the Lions.
So, in honor of Suh and his stomping I give you this clip:
