From the Cincinnati Enquirer:  An Ohio inmate put to death for murder was tortured by his unusually slow execution, the man’s daughter said Friday as she announced plans to file a lawsuit over her father’s death.
McGuire’s daughter, Amber McGuire, referred to the “agony and terror” of watching her father appear to gasp in his final moments Thursday — using the same words the condemned man’s attorneys used in trying to stop his execution using a previously untried method of lethal injection.

First, shew didn't have to watch her father's execution, she chose to watch.
2nd, if she wanted a fast execution, then maybe we ought to go to the firing squad or the guillotine.  You would have instant death.
And not once in the article does this bitch care about the true victim in the case, the murder victim, Joy Stewart who was raped and murdered in 1989.
But you can also tell that the writer of this article also has an agenda- being against the death penalty as the writer remained anonymous and they are too afraid to reveal themselves.
I really do hope that the daughter of thug does file lawsuit and they are awarded $1.  And when you split it with her scum bag lawyer, she will get about 50 cents and the attorney gets the rest.
But my guess is that no lawyer will take this case on a contingency fee and the daughter of the thug doesn't have the money to file the lawsuit on her own, so this case will never see the light of day.
So, instead of celebrating the thug's death, the readers have to do deal with a scum bag lawyer and a thug daughter of a thug.
