Another Wonderful Weather Forcast From The Las Vegas NWS

Once again, government incompetence strikes again.
This morning, the weather forecast for Kingman called for cloudy skies with no chance of rain for today and tonight.
So, starting at about 3:00 this afternoon, it has rained non-stop for 8 hours+ with a lot more to come.  So far, we have gotten 1.33 inches.
Once again, the Las Vegas weather forecasters have gotten it wrong.
These are probably the worst of the worst weather forecasters in the NWS and who can't handle working anywhere else because they actually have some real weather a couple days a year.  Like a tornado..a severe thunderstorm... snow..a rain drizzle....fog etc.
