This is the year for the New Orleans Saints. I was watching the game and thought the Washington Redskins had it the bag. But the kicker for the Redskins missed a field goal with 2 minutes left that would have given the Redskins a 10 point lead. Oh, the field goal was the same distance as a extra point and I could have made that.
Then the Saints give up a 50 yard touchdown pass play with about a minute left to play. How does that happen? Then in overtime, the Redskins get the ball first. On a pass play, the Redskins make a completion and ready to run another play when the play is challenged. In a very close play, the call is overturned because the receiver fumbled the ball, in a very close play, and New Orleans recovers, even though it appeared that the whistle already had blown. Then the Saints go down and kick the winning field goal.
Put your money on the Saints this year.
