From the Las Vegas Sun, a liberal newspaper that depends on conservatives to get it delivered had this article/editorial today: Rep. Dina Titus introduced a bill this morning that would give the federal government more flexibility in its oversight of state workplace safety programs.
The reform legislation is important to Nevada because of the state's poor track record when it comes to keeping workers safe on the job -- and follows House hearings last year on the failings of the Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration. http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2010/mar/16/rep-dina-titus-introduces-worker-safety-oversight-/ The bold is the writer's opinion and it can be disputed, but he puts it out as a fact.
Michael Mishak is the writer of the editorial/news article.
Here's a hint to Mr. Mishak. Go back to remedial English 101 and determine what is a fact for a news story and what is an opinion. My 5th grader, this year learned concept this year. So, Michael, are you really smarter than a 5th grader?
