Harry Reid: Two Greatest Living Americans- Ted Kennedy And Robert Byrd?
Memo to Harry Reid: Kennedy and Byrd are dead. But to give Reid a break, he may have thought who the two greatest Americans were. So, all he could up was Byrd, a former KKK member and Kennedy, a killer and sexual harasser? So, how will the Las Vegas Sun spin this one? Maybe the stress of being beaten by a mental midget, as in Sharron Angle, is getting to him? Seriously, who knows how he could have screwed this question up. I understand he may thought the reporter said two greatest Americans. I don't know, but Washington, Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jr., Jackie Robinson, JFK and Helen Keller come to mind over Byrd and Kennedy. If he was thinking of people who are alive, I can think of Bill Gates, Colin Powell, Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon, Maya Angelou, Oprah Winfrey, Neil Armstrong, Muhammad Ali, James Greenlee, Clarence Thomas or Billy Graham. Is Harry Reid mentally up to the job as U.S. Senator?
The Las Vegas Badger is about politics, humor, sports, reality shows in Las Vegas, especially Pawn Stars and anything else interesting. While I live in Las Vegas, my heart is still in Wisconsin.
