Are The Republicans Winning The Government Shutdown War?

Evil Democrat politician who hates elderly veterans, kids with cancer but love ObamaCare, with all of it's warts. (sorry witch for the insult)

Well, they certainly are not losing.
The GOP has remained calm and collected during the government shutdown.
The Democrats look like the evil whining witch and are the ones who are hurting the elderly veterans, shutting down the most visible government agencies and parks, the ones who want to kill kids with cancer.
The media, for the most part has been neutral, with the exceptions of cable TV stations, talk radio and political pundits.
The world has not ended and life goes on for about 310,000,000 people who are not affected by the shut down.
