ObamaVille: Reckless Funeral Driving Can Cost You

From the Chicago Tribune:
Chicago police could soon have the authority to impound vehicles driven recklessly in funeral processions under a proposal a Southwest Side alderman said is targeted at dangerous and sometimes fatal behavior that can occur when slain gang members are laid to rest.
Ald. Matthew O'Shea, 19th, proposes fines of $500 to $700. Vehicles also could be impounded, which racks up additional costs running into the hundreds of dollars.
"One way I know you hit a gangbanger hard is to take his vehicle away," O'Shea said after the City Council Public Safety Committee endorsed his ordinance Thursday. The full council is expected to approve it Oct. 16.
Funeral processions for gang members buried at a cemetery near the Beverly and Morgan Park neighborhoods he represents have become increasingly unruly in recent years, the alderman said....
Mount Hope "has become the cemetery choice for the Chicago metro gangbanger," he said. The alderman referred to "incidents where individuals (are) driving left of center, weaving in and out of traffic, forcing vehicles off the road, getting out of the car, having altercations with others in the procession and other vehicles just on the road."  http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/ct-met-funeral-procession-announcement-1004-20131004,0,1079434.story
I think there could be a new reality show in this: "Gangbanger Deadzilla's" or "The Death and Times Of A Gangbanger Funeral Home"
