Did DC/Federal Police Cops Murder Woman Last week?

I haven't commented on this story because we are still getting the facts, but I wonder if the Federal cops murdered the young woman who caused a scare in Washington DC last week.
From the New York Daily News:
The sisters of a Connecticut woman who rammed her car into a White House gate during a high-speed chase say she was simply scared and fleeing police for her life before they shot her to death.
Miriam Carey, 34, who was killed moments after crashing her car Thursday was not "delusional" but instead victimized after being in the wrong place at the wrong time, her sisters told the 'Today' show Monday.
"My sister was fleeing. She was trying to figure out how to get out of there," insisted Valerie Carey.
Further allegations that the unarmed new mother and dental hygienist believed the President was trying to directly communicate with her are also completely unfounded, the women reaffirmed after similar statements to the Daily News Friday.
"She didn't have any disputes or political agenda. She never talked badly about President Obama, she was not walking around delusional which is what we want the public to understand. She was not delusional,"  Amy Carey Jones told NBC.

We had a similar case in Las Vegas last year in which a man, who was delusional, was running his car and eventually was shit by Metro police. In the case, there was miscommunication between the cop who shot the man and the supervisors.
The Sheriff has decided that he wants to fire one of the cops and discipline some other cops on the scene.
In Washington DC, we have a female who was unarmed with a baby in the car who eluded police for a short while.  She also injured slightly 1 cop and another cop was more seriously injured in a car accident she wasn't responsible for.
From the video I saw, it didn't appear that she was a threat to the police officers just before they shot her.  The cops were on the side of her- not in front or not in back of the car, where they could have been in a life threatening manner.
So, did the cops justly kill this woman or murder her?
My belief is that the cops directly on the scene when the shot her have a lot of explaining to do.  They didn't appear in immediate danger and neither was the public.
In my eyes, the cops should have blew out all the tires in her car, disabled the engine with their high power guns at close range and/or blocked her car in to keep it from moving with a police car.
I think the cops screwed up big time but nothing will happen because it was a mentally ill black woman who panicked and who cares about her except her family?
Will Jesse, Al and the other black racists who supported Trayvon Martin hold demonstrations to support her and condemn the Federal cops? 
I suppose when hell freezes over.
