Is This Appropriate For Middle School Kids?

My kid's middle school (in the Clark County School District) band is going to learn the music and probably the word (s) "Tequila".
Is this music appropriate for middle school kids? It's a nice tune and bands, adult bands use the song. But is it appropriate for 12 and 13 year old kids?
Kids are not allowed to wear shirts with booze advertising and of curse, kids cannot be caught drinking. And if the kids are caught talking about alcohol in school, they could be referred to the Deans office.
But it is a cool song.
What say you?
