Have Clark County Judges Heard Of Seperation Of Powers

I realize that some people have a hard time with social studies and how government works. It seems that 5 graders sometimes have this problem, but I would not have thought that judges, who supposedly have college degrees and studied the constitution when studying to be a lawyer, would have this problem. Who knows, maybe it is a female thing (just kidding, Ordinary Jill)
From the LVRJ: A judge's order has temporarily saved the jobs of 17 North Las Vegas police officers.
District Judge Nancy Alff on Friday granted a temporary restraining order that prevents the city from laying off the officers and other members of the North Las Vegas Police Officers Association pending a hearing on a preliminary injunction next week.
"I'm concerned primarily about the safety of the citizens of North Las Vegas," Alff said.
The police union has said the Police Department is already understaffed and the loss of more officers would leave the city unsafe.

It is not the judge's decision whether a city is safe or not. They have not sat down and studied the budgets, gone over reports with people who are specialists in the area of what is safe and not safe.
Yesterday, a judge said that a supervisor's police union should still get a pay raise and other benefits, even though they don't have a contract. And now this bimbo judge, Nancy Alff, has put herself as the sole decider whether a city stays safe or not or whether a city goes bankrupt. She has no business being in this case. She is a judge and not part of the administration of North Las Vegas. She has no constitutional right to be involved in this court case.
The City of North Las Vegas through it's administrators and city council determined what is best for the City of North Las Vegas and this idiot judge has no say in this matter.
So, i would suggest to Judge Nancy Alff to go back to middle school where they discuss the constitution and the separation of powers. Maybe this idiot judge will learn something from a bunch of middle schoolers. Obviously, she has not learned anything when she attended high school and college.
If this judge, Nancy Alff, was on the game show, "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader", she would have failed the social studies and history sections miserably.
I would also suggest to look at her campaign contributions and see how much was given by police unions. I have a sneaky feeling that she may have been bought off.

  1. "Bimbo" usually implies sexual promiscuity. I fail to see how the judge's ruling in this case reflects upon her level of promiscuity, or how you would reach that conclusion. It's like calling a girl you dislike in high school a "slut" just because you dislike her. Classy, Dan.

  2. Bimbo is also a brand name of bread. Do you have a problem with that?

  3. I would also add that the way she is messying around witht the law and constitution, the word "bimbo" as you described fits her pretty good.
