On Sunday night, on the 11:00 Channel 13 and Rikki Cheese ran a story about how the North Las Vegas police department was putting out billboards regarding the police cuts and how the public's safety was in danger. Rikki Cheese also said that people were commenting on this story on Channel 13's web site.
