Democrats On Clark County Commission Want Unsafe Streets

Hey, Steve Sisolak, say good bye to your dream of being governor or any other office in the State.
Hey Chrissy Giunchigliani , you just showed you are an extremist witch who favors unions, except the police union.  I guess you can never seek another office as well.
And Susan Brager, my loaf of bread has more brain cells you have.
These three Democrat morons voted against a very small hike in the sales tax to help pay more for cops in Henderson, North Las Vegas, Metro, Laughlin and Boulder City.
These same morons, except Sisolak, think that raising the gas tax by 3 cents a gallon helps our economy so we can create traffic jams while we build some roads.
But slightly raising the sales tax won't help the economy.
Giunchigliani, my dog's poop has more economic knowledge than you will ever have.
From the Las Vegas Sun: The Clark County Commission has turned back the latest proposed versions of the More Cops sales tax to fund more police officers.
Commissioners voted 4-3 today on a plan that would have increased the county sales tax by a total of .15 percent in two equal phases. Commissioners Steve Sisolak, Chris Giunchigliani and Susan Brager voted against the plan. A five-vote supermajority was required for passage.
A second motion by Brager to increase the sales tax by a flat .075 percent went down 3-2 with Sisolak and Giunchigliani opposed. Commissioners Tom Collins and Larry Brown, both vocal supporters of the tax, did not participate in the second vote.  http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2014/jan/21/sheriffs-plan-more-cops-dealt-another-defeat/

  1. Any vote to not raise taxes is a good vote in my book. Screw the cops. There are more than enough of them already. If they're short cops to fight crime, pull them off traffic and marijuana prohibition enforcement duty. And government has more than enough money as it is.
