Another Reason Why Rank And File Cops Are Being Screwed

You have to wonder why someone wants to become a police officer in the United states.
First, you have to deal with terrorist groups like Black Lives Matter.
Then, you have citizens filming you every step of the away and they only release partial tapes and don't release the part of the tape that exonerates the cops.
And then you have police chiefs, mostly in liberal cities who don't support their cops because it is not politically correct to do so.
From Arizona Central:
Phoenix Police Chief Joe Yahner has agreed with an internal review board's recommendation to demote a sergeant in the 2014 killing of a mentally ill woman, the department announced Friday.
The decision comes three days after the department's Disciplinary Review Board recommended that Sgt. Percy Dupra, who fatally shot 50-year-old Michelle Cusseaux in August 2014, be demoted from his current rank. It also comes one month after the department's Use of Force Board determined the killing fell "outside of department policy."...
Cusseaux had mental illness that her mother said included bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and depression. She also had six felony convictions, a long history of drug abuse and had reportedly threatened mental-health workers.
In August 2014, police were called to serve a court order at Cusseaux's apartment complex in Maryvale to transport her to an inpatient mental-health-care facility.
Dupra, a 20-year veteran of the police department, told investigators he shot Cusseaux after she opened the door with a claw hammer raised above her head. She suffered a single gunshot wound to the chest and was rushed to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
I'm sorry but if you use a hammer in a threatening manner against the cops, you should be shot.
You acted in aggressive manner and you threaten he life of a cop.
Now, I have never been hit with a hammer, luckily, but I imagine, if you get hit by a metal hammer, it will hurt badly, if it doesn't kill you outright or cause serious damage to your health.
But did the chief support his officer.  Hell no.
And this is just another reason why the rank and file cop on the street really don't want to get involved in many incidents and it is another reason why crime is rising, especially violent crime, in cities run by liberals.

Obama Shows Once Again He Hates Black

Once again, President Obama along with his liberal supporters are just a bunch of racists, just as bad as the KKK.
From CNN: The biggest federal inmate release on record will take place this weekend.
About 6,600 inmates will be released, with 16,500 expected to get out the first year. More than 40,000 federal felons could be released early over the next several years, the U.S. Sentencing Commission said.
The sentencing commission decided a year ago to lower maximum sentences for nonviolent drug offenders and to make the change retroactive, with the inmate releases effective November 1, 2015. Sentences were reduced an average of 18%, the commission said.
First, these prisoners are not they type that got busted for lighting up ajoint- most were convicted of selling or possessing a very hard narcotic, like heroin.
2nd, chances are that these are not first time offenders but have had multiple convictions.
And finally, most will be released in low income/ghetto areas and they will be free to terrorize the neighborhoods.
It will be interesting to see how many of these thugs will be returned to prison for violating parole.

U of Miami Miracle Touchdown Return After Time Expires

A file photo shows Al Molinaro as his best known character - Big Al Delvecchio, the owner of Arnold's diner on TV's 'Happy Days."
Al Molinaro is one of my favorite character actors.
From NY Daily News: Al Molinaro, the actor best known for playing diner owner Big Al Delvecchio on “Happy Days,” died Friday, according to reports. He was 96 years old.
The cause of death was a complication from gallstones Molinaro had decided not to have surgically removed due to his age, Molinaro’s son told TMZ. Molinaro died in a California hospital.
The actor appeared from 1974 to 1984 on the classic ABC show about the Cunningham family and 1950s Milwaukee as the friendly but irritable chef-turned-owner of Arnold’s Drive-in. Delvecchio served up burgers and fries while starting off anecdotes with a trademark "Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep." He showed up in the same role in ‘82 and ‘83 on a spinoff, “Joanie Loves Chacchi.”
Before "Happy Days," Molinaro played Murray the Cop on "The Odd Couple." His character played poker withTony Randall’s Felix Unger and Jack Klugman’s Oscar Madison in 73 episodes between 1970 and 1975, according to IMDb.
Molinaro's credits include other period mainstays like "Laverne & Shirley," "The Love Boat," "Bewitched," and "Green Acres." He also performed in "The Family Man" in 1990 and 1991 and a total of 42 national TV ads, pitching products like Mr. Big toilet paper and On-Cor Frozen Foods.
He had those big puppy dog eyes and he used them to his advantage to create some comic genius monents.
Thanks for the memories, Al.

Of course They Should

Disney is suppose to be a family friendly company but Donald Trump has called out Disney to rehire workers they have/will fire and bring in foreign workers.
From Breitbart:
BNN: The media has been filled with stories about companies flying in low-wage H-1B workers to replace American workers in tech jobs. Adding insult to injury, these American workers have been forced to train their replacements. If you were President, would you put a stop to this practice?
DT: Day one. This is why I got into this race. Because the everyday working person in this country is getting screwed. Lobbyists write the rules to benefit the rich and powerful. They buy off Senators like to help them get rich at the expense of working Americans by using H-1B visas–so called “high tech” visas–to replace American workers in all sorts of solid middle class jobs. If I am President, I will not issue any H-1B visas to companies that replace American workers and my Department of Justice will pursue action against them.
BNN: Hundreds of workers at Disney were forced to train their foreign replacements. But while Florida Senator Nelson rallied to their cause, Senator Rubio did not. While Nelson has called for an investigation, Rubio has not. While Nelson has called to reduce H-1Bs, Rubio has demanded more. Senator Rubio has been the top promoter in Congress for expanding the H-1B program even though millions American tech workers are out of jobs. Rubio’s new bill triples H-1Bs and has zero protections for American workers. Advocates for tech workers said Rubio’s bill would “destroy” the U.S. tech workforce. Rubio’s bill is even endorsed by the CEO of Disney. What do you think of Rubio’s bill?
DT: It’s a disaster. It would allow any company in America to replace any worker with cheaper foreign labor. It legalizes job theft. It gives companies the legal right to pass over Americans, displace Americans, or directly replace Americans for good-paying middle class jobs. More than 80 percent of these H-1Bs are paid less than the average wage. Senator Rubio works for the lobbyists, not for Americans. That is why he is receiving more money from Silicon Valley than any other candidate in this race. He is their puppet....
BNN: What should happen with the Florida workers who have been replaced?
DT: I am calling TODAY on Disney to hire back every one of the workers they replaced, and I am calling on Rubio to immediately rescind his sponsorship of the I-Squared bill and apologize to every Floridian for endorsing it. I am further calling on Rubio to return the money he has received from Silicon Valley CEOs and to donate the money to a charity helping unemployed Americans whose jobs Rubio has helped to destroy.
I have personal experience about being replaced by a foreign worker.
I used to work for the Kingman Unified School District in Arizona.  They recently hired numerous teachers from the Philippines to work in Kingman.
Including 1 teacher who took over my classroom when I wasn't sure if I was going to come back and they hired several more, even though there are many teachers willing to come to Kingman to teach.
So, Trump is right- unless it is proved beyond a shadow of the doubt that the foreign workers are needed, then foreign works cannot be brought in to take away jobs from Americans.
And Disney is 100% wrong and if they have any Federal tax breaks, they should be taken away.

How's That transpareny In Washington D.C. Working Out For You??

Paul Ryan started off his term of Speaker of Dilapidated House of Representatives pretty poorly.
From the Washington Times:
Senate Republicans managed to wrangle enough of their troops to overcome a filibuster early Friday morning and pass the new budget deal, granting President Obama yet another debt holiday, busting the budget caps and boosting spending some $80 billion over the next two years.
Democrats, who are far more thrilled with the deal, did the heavy lifting, providing most of the votes as they won some $40 billion in new domestic spending in 2016 and 2017. They also forced the GOP to retreat on the hard-fought 2011 budget agreement that had helped bring deficits back under control.
Conservative Republicans were irate at their leaders and at defense hawks within the GOP who forced the deal by saying it was worth busting the caps in order to get the Pentagon more money at a time when the U.S. is fighting the war on terror.
Is it any wonder why Trump, Carson and Fiorina are doing so well in the polls?   The GOP leaders in the House and Senate are brain dead and clueless.  McConnell and Ryan/Boehner just gave the country the big middle finger and screw the country.

If You Are Offended By This, Too Damn Bad

From the Las Vegas Sun: The University of Louisville apologized to the school's entire Hispanic community Thursday after a photo surfaced showing President James Ramsey among a group of staffers at a Halloween party dressed in matching stereotypical Mexican costumes.
They wore bushy mustaches and sombreros, and rattled maracas as they posed for the photo.
Ramsey's chief of staff, Kathleen Smith, issued a statement expressing "deep regret" over the incident.
"We made a mistake and are very sorry," she wrote, adding that the university pledges to train staff and engage with the campus over diversity and racial equality issues. "This event shows we have much more to learn about our community."  ...
A friend showed it to Freshman Leonardo Salinas.
"I was appalled," he said. "It's not just offensive to Mexicans; it's offensive to the immigrant community as a whole. Someone thought, 'Oh, this is a good idea.' How did it not click in anybody's mind that it was a very bad idea?"
Hasn't anybody seen a Mariachi Band, most look like these guys, in the pictures, they do look a little dorky.
But if anybody is offended by this picture, they really don't have much of a life and they just crave attention y saying they were offended.
And to Leonardo, grow up- you are an adult by being at least 18 years old.  But your mental and maturity age is that of a 1st grader.

Actually, They Do Have Things In Common

From Fox News: This year has brought an unusually grim and steady drumbeat of violence throughout the country.
A 5-month-old girl killed this month in Cleveland in a drive-by shooting. Seven people slain in Chicago, including a 7-year-old boy, over the July 4th weekend. A young female journalist in Washington, D.C., fatally struck by a bullet in May while waiting to change buses.
Violent crime has often been a local government concern and a problem that had been on the decline. But rising homicide totals in most of America's large cities have raising alarms within the Obama administration, with federal officials drawing urgent attention to the problem before Congress, at conferences and in speeches.
The Justice Department this month organized a brainstorming summit with mayors and police chiefs. FBI Director James Comey, testifying last week, said the "very disturbing" homicide spike has law enforcement scrambling to figure out why it's happening now, and why in so many cities that seemingly have little in common otherwise.
"It's happening all over the country, and it's happening all in the last 10 months," Comey told the House Judiciary Committee. "And so a lot of us in law enforcement are talking and trying to understand what is happening in this country. What explains the map? What explains the calendar? "
Actually, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the map.  Most of the spikes are happening in large urban cities, cities that are run by liberals/Democrats.
And the calendar is when Obama, Holder and the rest of their ilk, in conjunction with terrorist groups like black lives matters, have attacked the police in policy, protests and hatred.
It really isn't that hard to figure out except maybe to those liberals along with those in the Obama administration who have a hard time figuring out what 2+4 equals..

Obama Discriminates Against Women

From Fox News:
Female soldiers serving at Guantanamo Bay are not being allowed to transport inmates following a court order issued in response to prisoners who complained on religious grounds, according to Republican senators who recently returned from a visit to the prison camp.
Inmates apparently complained the female soldiers' actions were an insult to their Islamic faith, but the senators blasted the court decision as an "insult to women." Top U.S. military leaders agreed the directive is "outrageous," while suggesting they're currently bound by the order....
A military judge issued the order in January prohibiting female guards from transporting the defendants, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, to and from legal proceedings after they refused to meet with defense lawyers and complained that any physical contact with unrelated women violated their Muslim beliefs.
The ruling by Army Col. James Pohl was meant to deal with their complaints, which posed a threat to legal proceedings.
Obama could have either violated the order or appealed it but he didn't do either.
Once again, Obama puts muslim terrorists ahead of U.S. citizens and women.
The supposed war on women is not being waged by conservatives by liberals.

One Down, So Many To Go

From Fox News:
House Republicans on Tuesday introduced a resolution to impeach IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, accusing him of making "false statements" under oath and failing to comply with a subpoena for evidence.
House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, and 18 other committee members introduced the resolution to begin impeachment proceedings. In doing so, they followed through on a threat first made over the summer, when Republicans accused the IRS leader of making inaccurate statements to Congress regarding the Tea Party targeting scandal and its aftermath.
"Commissioner Koskinen violated the public trust," Chaffetz said in a statement Tuesday. "He failed to comply with a congressionally issued subpoena, documents were destroyed on his watch, and the public was consistently misled.
"Impeachment is the appropriate tool to restore public confidence in the IRS and to protect the institutional interests of Congress."
The IRS issued a statement later Thursday saying, "The IRS vigorously disputes the allegations in the resolution. We have fully cooperated with all of the investigations."
The announcement of the impeachment resolution comes on the same day Koskinen testified before the Senate Finance Committee, and after the Justice Department on Friday decided to close its investigation of the targeting scandal without pursuing criminal charges.
So, the GOP House decides to impeach this guy?
Why not President Obama for all the crimes he committed, violations of the Constitution and being a full fledged racist and anti-Semite?
Why didn't they impeach former A.G. Eric Holder for all the crimes, cover ups that he committed along with being a full fledged racist?
How about current Attorney General Loretta Lynch for her cover ups of crimes?
How about the heads of the EPA and Veterans Administration for gross incompetence.
How about all of Obama's advisors like Valarie Jarrett for violation of laws and unethical behavior?
How about John Kerry for treason?
How about Michelle Obama for destroying the school lunch program?
And while we are it, impeach Vice President Joe Biden for being such a dunce and having a half of a brain.
So, this is a start for the GOP but they have so many more people to get to before Obama's term ends.

Oh How Cute, Racists Calling Trump A Racist

From the LA Times: Just a few months ago, NBC fired Donald Trump. Now it's giving him a coveted hosting slot on "Saturday Night Live" — to a growing chorus of criticism.
Latino advocacy groups, joined by Hollywood celebrities and others, are calling on NBC to disinvite Trump from his Nov. 7 appearance, citing inflammatory remarks Trump made about Mexican immigrants in the speech announcing his White House run in June.
"We are appalled that you would enable Trump's hateful speech for nothing [more] than a ratings ploy," the National Hispanic Leadership Agenda, a coalition of 40 civil rights and policy organizations, said in a letter to "SNL" executive producer Lorne Michaels and NBCUniversal Chief Executive Stephen Burke.
A social media campaign called #RacismIsntFunny has drawn support from celebrities including John Leguizamo, Margaret Cho and Al Madrigal, and petitions on and have gathered 370,000 signatures protesting the Trump appearance.
"There's no question that this issue has struck a nerve in the Latino community and beyond, and there is growing energy and intensity," said Janet Murguía, president of the National Council of La Raza, a Latino advocacy organization.
La Raza (The Race) is about as racist as the KKK, as they support illegals and gang bangers who enter the country illegally.  Then these gang bangers then shoot up neighborhoods, murder people, deal drugs, rob people and terrorize mostly large democrat cities.
Move and are liberal racist groups who love nothing more than to keep minorities down on the liberal plantation.  If you listen to Margaret Cho, she uses racism against Asians in her monologues.
And obviously, the National Hispanic Leadership Agenda is racist as they only look out for Hispanics, especially Hispanics in the U.S. illegally.
So, it is kind of funny to hear a bunch of racists calling out Trump as a racist because Trump doesn't support illegal activities- he just wants the immigration laws to be followed.

Liberal media Bias In Pictures

Donald Trump's famous feuds
On the left, you get a snarling badger looking Donald trump.
On the right, you get a smiling, yet dorky picture of President Obama.
Yep, no liberal media bias here.

The Smart And The Moronic

Bloomberg has an article about, who else, but Donald Trump.
First, the smart part of the article: Schmidt calls Trump's remarks “intemperate” but acknowledges that the insurgent candidate's willingness to own his political incorrectness enhances his appeal. In the face of advertisers bolting and searing criticism, “does Donald Trump back down? No. Donald Trump doubles down,” Schmidt said. “That's the proof point—he's too rich, he's too wealthy to be bought off, unlike all these politicians who've been bought and sold by the billionaires. That is the populist fuel that is driving his campaign.”

And now the moronic part of the article, just below the smart part:
Trump's immigration theme taps into the anxieties of white working class Americans who feel that “the country is becoming a majority-minority country and the people who felt that they were in the ascendancy are now descending,” said Norm Ornstein, a political scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. “It's not just racism but certainly race is a part of it. The feeling is, 'We're slipping and the people who are supposed to protect us are ignoring or defying us—they seduced and abandoned us.'”
No, it's not just whites that feel the law breaking immigrants are affecting them.  The Hispanics are taking away jobs from whites and blacks.  The illegals are causing havoc on the education system, which effects everyone.  The illegals undercut wages, which again effects everyone.
So, Trump's trump card is fighting the illegals and kicking more of them out.
And as far as being bought off, it is true, there are not a lot of people who buy off Trump and at least, the perception is there is that he will be honest and he will call it as he sees it.  Whether true or not, we will see.

NASCAR Is Becoming To be Like Professional wrestling

NASCAR prides itself on being a legitimate sport.  The drivers are considered athletes and the Chase is considered to be like the playoffs of other sports.
Except it really is closer to professional wrestling- where things that seem like reality are actually fake.
This week, NQASCAR was in Talladega, AL., on the 2.5 mile super speedway.  It is a restrictor plate race, so the drivers race in packs, maybe 3 wide by about 10-15 rows.
This week, NASCAR officials decided that instead of 3 Green-White Checker (G-W-C) that are normally at every other track and at Talladega up until last Monday, NASCAR decided they would only have 1 G-W-C.
That's like saying baseball, in the middle of the season decided they will only have 1 extra inning in a tie game baseball game or in football, the teams would only have 1 opportunity to score in overtime.
What utter B.S.
So, what happens?
From ESPN:  Kevin Harvick denied triggering a last-lap wreck Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway to ensure his advancing into the next round of the Chase for the Sprint Cup.
After one restart was aborted because of a crash before the leaders got to the start-finish line, Harvick, in 10th, was in jeopardy of falling out of the Chase as his motor was about to blow prior to the one attempt to have a green-white-checkered finish.
Harvick's car didn't get going on the restart -- just as on the previous one -- and he pulled to the outside lane. He clipped Trevor Bayne, causing a wreck that brought out the caution. At that point, the field was frozen, drivers could not gain positions and Joey Logano was awarded the checkered flag for his third consecutive win.
"That's a crappy way for Harvick to have to get in the Chase; to wreck somebody -- what I believe to be on purpose [but] maybe it wasn't," Bayne said. "The restart before that, he had engine problems and got out of the way.
If NASCAR had the usual G-W-C, then Harvick causing a crash would have been a non-issue as they would have had 2 more G-W-C.
And if Harvick intentionally caused the crash, and in my mind, he did, then he needs to be suspended and kicked out of the Chase.
But because this is NASCAR, they won't do anything and if they do, they will do it with a make believe rule.
NASCAR is in a steep decline with it's fans and this is just another reason why.

Admit It, You Thought Of This

Ok, I am going to apologize before hand, but you know, when you heard about this morning.
From Fox News:
Four people were killed Saturday and 44 others injured when a car being driven by a suspected drunk driver crashed into a large crowd of spectators at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade.
Police said the driver of the vehicle, Adacia Chambers, 25, of Stillwater, Okla., was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Stillwater police Capt. Kyle Gibbs said at an afternoon press conference the woman's sedan struck the unoccupied motorcycle of an officer working security at the parade, then into the crowd of people. The crash happened around 10:30 a.m., police said.

RIP to those who died and prayers and thoughts to their friends and family.

Interesting Concept

From the Havre MT. Daily News:
A task force assigned with coming up with proposals for banishing drug dealers from the Rocky Boy's  Indian Reservation agreed to move forward on getting input and drafting an ordinance detailing how that will be done, at a meeting Thursday.
The Community Awareness Committee For Control of Drug Distribution is charged with formulating and submitting a proposal to be voted on by the Chippewa Cree Business Committee, the reservation's tribal council. State Rep. Bruce Meyers, R-Box Elder, who is on the committee, has said an initial vote on a proposal could be taken up by the council as early as next month.
Members of the committee said they will also seek advice from former tribal Chief Judge Strom Olson on drafting an ordinance, detailing who should be banished, and whether the penalties should be graduated.
The Committee was formed following a community meeting last week. Meyers said 70 people had shown up for that event, 90 percent of whom favored banishing drug dealers.
Banishment or the expulsion of undesirable elements from the reservation, either permanently or for periods of time, is something the tribal constitution allows, but the mechanism has not been used in recent years. The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of South Dakota has passed a similar measure to bar drug pushers from its reservation and their program will serve as a template for crafting Rocky Boy's ordinance. In Browning, the Blackfeet reservation is weighing a similar policy.
Proponents say banning those convicted of serious drug offenses is necessary to address the problem of addiction that plagues the reservation, especially when it comes to methamphetamine. They blame desperate meth addicts, seeking money to subsidize their habit, for a series of burglaries, thefts and other crimes that have instilled fear in the community. Meth use lead to long term damage to a user's nervous system.
So, can a city kick out drug dealers and other thugs from their boundaries?
Sounds like the wild, wild west.
And if ACLU hears about this, a lawsuit will happen.
But in reality, the Indians on the reservation are just pushing their problems to another city or state.
And of course, the Indians are about the most liberal ethnic group in the United States.  those who live on the reservation and outlying areas live under the Bernie Sanders rule of law- socialism/communism.
I can also see this being abused- Rocky Boy is one of the most corrupt Indian reservations in the country and it would not be impossible to think that one of the corrupt politicians would plant drugs on an opponent and then have them kicked off the reservation.
So, it's an interesting concept but it won't work out legally or ethically.

And democrats Question $5,000,000 For Hillary Benghazi Investigation?

So, the lazy democrats thought they were trying to pull a fast one when they complained the Hillary Benghazi/E-mail scandals cost a whopping $5 million.
But they are silent about this:
From Fox News:
The federal government awarded over $5 billion to help states set up ObamaCare exchanges, with the vast majority – $4.6 billion – going to 16 states and Washington, D.C.
But, according to a recent Government Accountability Office (GAO) report, much of that money has not been accounted for – and yet not returned, either.
So where did those taxpayer dollars go?
That’s the billion-dollar question.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) required the establishment of health insurance exchanges – known as marketplaces – to help small employers and consumers compare and purchase insurance plans. States opted to either develop their own state-based exchanges or hand authority to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). And between 2010 and 2014, CMS awarded federal grants mostly to states setting up their own marketplaces, to help them get started.
About $4.6 billion was given to these 17 recipients, including California, New York, Washington state and Kentucky.
But the GAO report found that so far, just $1.4 billion of that has been spent on IT projects, and a total of $3 billion has been “spent or drawn down,” though not all the spending is detailed.
That, then, leaves at least $1.6 billion unaccounted for. Yet only three states returned any portion of the money – a total of just over $1 million was given back
The democrats are just playing games- they are not willing to be serious about serious subjects.
And they have also have shown that they will say and do anything to please their master-Hillary and Barack.  They are all brown shirt goose steppers with very little cognitive ability.

The End Of Jeb Bush?

Could Jeb Bush drop out of the GOP presidential race before the first voting takes place?
From Bloomberg:
Jeb Bush, once a front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination, is slashing pay across the board for his struggling campaign as he attempts to regain traction just 100 days before the party’s first nominating contest.
The campaign is removing some senior staff from the payroll, parting ways with some consultants, and downsizing its Miami headquarters to save more than $1 million per month and cut payroll by 40 percent this week, according to Bush campaign officials who requested anonymity to speak about internal changes. Senior leadership positions remain unchanged.
The campaign is also cutting back 45 percent of its budget, except for dollars earmarked for TV advertising and spending for voter contacts, such as phone calls and mailers. Some senior-level staff and consultants will continue to work with the campaign on a volunteer basis, while other junior-level consultants, primarily in finance but including other areas, will be let go, the officials said. The officials declined to say who would be removed from the payroll or provide an exact dollar figure for the savings. (A summary of the changes, provided to Bloomberg Politics by the campaign, is posted here.)
With this information out there, Bush's candidacy is all but dead.
It also shows he is not much of a fighter and that he is soft.
Trump is right again.

Did Anybody Else Notice?

2 candidates for president dropped out of the democrat primaries, with a 3rd refusing to get in.
Most people knew that Crazy Joe Biden will not enter the race, unless Hillary gets indicted before the primaries.
But Jim Webb and Lincoln Chaffee also dropped out of the race.
Webb said that the democrat party left him and no doubt it has.  It will be interesting to see if he will run for president as an independent.
But Lincoln Chaffee?  Why did he run?
In the debates, he looked like a big fat white cartoon character and he didn't bring any new or good ideas to the table.
He's like the GOP's George Pataki or Lindsey Graham. Yeah, George is running but does anybody know or even care?  Maybe they trying to get free food at the Sizzler.

If This Were A GOP President

Well, now, Obama has his dirty little hands deeply ingrained at the Department of (In)Justice.
From Fox News:
The Justice Department announced Friday afternoon that it will not bring criminal charges against Lois Lerner or any other IRS official involved in the targeting of Tea Party groups, in a decision Republicans ripped as a "free pass."
In a letter to leaders of the House Judiciary Committee, the department said the investigation into the controversy will be closed -- and while they found "mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia," they found "no evidence that would support a criminal prosecution."
"What occurred is disquieting and may necessitate corrective action -- but it does not warrant criminal prosecution," Assistant Attorney General Peter J. Kadzik wrote.
Republicans, who themselves have investigated the IRS scandal for years, fumed over Friday's DOJ decision.
Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said the move marks a "low point of accountability" for the Obama administration.
"Giving Lois Lerner a free pass only reinforces the idea that government officials are above the law and that there is no consequence for wrongdoing," Issa said in a statement.
If this were George Bush- pick either one, Articles of Impeachment would be already drawn up by Democrats because they swear up and down that the GOP administration interfered with a criminal investigation.
And the media would be backing up the Democrats.
But because the media and democrats are nothing but a bunch of brown shirt goose steppers for Obama, this is not surprising.
And if a GOP appointee tries to do the same thing, the media and democrats will cry just like a baby cries when they see my picture.
It will be interesting to see what the DOJ says about Hillary, especially if Biden is not running.  Will the DOJ punt on the e-mail/national security broken laws?
I am thinking they probably will now, especially since Crazy Joe isn't running anymore.

Who Cares?

Crazy Joe Biden is not going to run for president of the United States.
Who cares?
Besides, he probably knew that the democrats will be in big trouble in 2016 and he had little chance of winning.
But it also shows that he has no backbone.  Instead of fighting for what he believes in, he just throws in the towel before the first punch is thrown.
What a weak weasel.

Upon Further Review, The Cubs Still Suck

The Chicago Cubs showed this past week that they are not ready for prime time, falling to the New York Mets in the National League Championship Series, 4 games to 0.
From ESPN:  The New York Mets are headed to the World Series for the fifth time in franchise history.
Slumping Lucas Duda erupted with five RBIs -- matching the most in a postseason game in franchise history -- and the Amazin's completed a sweep of the Chicago Cubs with an 8-3 win in Game 4 of the National League Championship Series on Wednesday at Wrigley Field.
The pennant-clinching victory capped the first four-game postseason sweep in the franchise's 54-year history. The Mets became only the sixth team in major league history to never trail while sweeping a best-of-seven series, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.
And how about this for history? Daniel Murphy's two-run homer in the eighth gave him a long ball in six straight games. That's a new postseason record. Murphy entered the night tied with Carlos Beltran, who homered in five straight postseason games with the Houston Astros in 2004. Beltran signed for seven years, $119 million with the Mets that winter....
The Cubs remain in search of their first World Series title since 1908.
Just like the city of Chicago, the Chicago Bears and the liberals that run Chicago, the Chicago Cubs show they really suck.
4-0.  Sheez, that's bad.

The Obama Economy Still Sucks

From the LVRJ:
Grocery chain Fresh & Easy, which operates 14 stores in Las Vegas, is closing, according to a spokesman.
Spokesman Brendan Wonnacott told the Review-Journal Wednesday afternoon that Fresh & Easy was starting "the process for an organized wind-down of the business."
Wonnacott said in a statement that, "We have been unable to obtain financing and the liquidity necessary to continue to fund the business going forward."
Fresh & Easy will "continue to work to sell all or part of the business."
The company operates 97 stores in California, Nevada and Arizona.
"There's still an effort to sell store locations so the wind down/closure could be several weeks," Wonnacott said.
Fresh & Easy debuted in 2007. The chain was British supermarket giant Tesco's first venture into the United States.
Fresh & Easy closed three east Las Vegas locations in August less than a year after it remodeled many of its Las Vegas stores in an effort to make them a destination for grocery shopping and prepared meals.
The liberals and democrats claim that the economy is improving but when a big food chain takes a huge hit, it is obvious that the current economy just sucks.

It appears, short of a earthquake in Washington D.C. in the next couple of days, Paul Ryan will be Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives.
I have mixed feelings.
First, he comes from Wisconsin, and with me being from Wisconsin, that should be a huge positive.
He is a very smart gentleman
And Ryan is a nice guy and can get along with everyone, including the dreaded Obama and democrats.
And now for his downside:
Ryan is a nice guy and can get along with everyone, including the dreaded Obama and democrats.
Harry Reid endorsed him.
Ryan is not a true conservative or even a conservative wanna be.  He is pretty much an establishment GOP House member.
He doesn't really want the job.
Could the GOP have gotten a better candidate?  Sure.
Would the better candidate have gotten the vote needed to be elected?
So, grudgingly, I guess Paul Ryan is the next Speaker of the House and my hope is that he will not be a Boehner, McConnell or any other establishment GOP member.
I hope he surprises us and evolves into a true conservative.
But I won't hold my breath.
From Fox News: When Americans think of a secure border, whether they know it or not, they see Yuma, Ariz., and the 20-foot high steel curtain separating it from Mexico.
Beyond the imposing wall is 75 yards of flat, sandy, no man’s land, monitored by cameras and sensors and agents in SUVs. If an illegal immigrant successfully runs that gauntlet, they face another tightly woven steel fence and a third cyclone fence topped by barbed wire.
“It works,” said Border Patrol Agent Richard Withers. “This is the most secure area of the border. It is pretty hard for a guy to cross here. But they try.”
It wasn’t always this way. In 2005, Yuma was chaos. Pushed out of San Diego by Operation Gatekeeper in the late 1990s, drug and human smugglers targeted San Luis, a sleepy little border town just over the California state line south of Yuma.
That year, illegal immigrants overwhelmed Yuma. Border agents made on average 800 arrests a day, and watched hundreds of suspects run away. Stolen vehicles laden with drugs raced over the border at high speeds unhindered and unmolested. An estimated eight trucks a day sped out of Mexico onto Interstate 8 and disappeared into the American heartland, stuffed with immigrants or drugs.
“It was the Wild West out here,” said Yuma sector chief Anthony Porvaznik.
Video of the Yuma chaos made its way to Washington, where then-President George Bush pledged to fix it. In 2006, Congress passed the Secure Fence Act. Three years later every mile of Yuma’s border with Mexico contained a fence or vehicle barrier.
“We essentially apprehend 92 percent of all entries through the Yuma sector,” said Porvaznik, as he steered a white and green Chevy Tahoe through the sand. “That is 126 miles of border, which includes 12 miles of these sand dunes. On a scale of 1 to 10 we are a 9.”
Today, Yuma has triple the manpower and apprehends just 15 illegal immigrants a day, a 96 percent reduction. Instead of 2,700 vehicle penetrations, this year’s total is just 27.
Donald Trump said build a fence and people (mostly liberals and establishment GOP) laughed at him.  They said it wouldn't work but yet, a fence, if properly built and monitored, can work to keep illegals and other  riff raft out.
So, once again, Trump was right.
I am such a Trumpet.

Am I A Trumpet?

Image result for image donald trump

Well now, I have been accused of being a Trumpet, both on this web site and in person.
A political Trumpet is a supporter of Donald Trump.
The musical instrument is a Trumpet.
So, which Trumpet am I?
For president, I originally supported Gov. Scott Walker for President of the U.S..  There are countless reasons but among other reasons is that he would have beaten Hillary just like he beat back the dirtiest of the dirty labor unions, the liberal media and disgusting liberal bloggers (my friend Jamie being an exception, but don't tell him that).
However, he blew through a whole lot of cash and his heart really wasn't in it, so my pony was put down.
So, I have to find another presidential candidate.
So, who are my choices?
Well, a democrat has as much of me voting for me as President Obama giving the acceptance speech for the NRA Man of the Year.
So, which Republican for me?  Well, right now, I don't know, but unlike my conservative brethren, I don't automatically dismiss Donald Trump.
I don't agree 100%  with Trump and I think his blaming 9-11 on George Bush the other day was completely baseless.
However, Trump is a leader- just look how he leads during the campaign.  People are responding to him and if someone disses him, he fights back.  That is the complete opposite of President Obama.
Trump also knows how to play the crowd and will talk to the common man as opposed to having front men/women speak for him.
Trump also does not give scripted answers in interviews.  Are some of the answers a bunch of BS?  I'm sure, but most of the presidential candidates just don't know how to give an honest answer and they rely too much on their spokescritters.
I like his positions on the economy, immigration, national security and a few more areas.
I think Ben Carson is far more intelligent than Trump, by a great deal.  But Trump knows what he wants and he can articulate what he wants.
He's effectively neutralized Carly Fiorina because Trump has many high ranking females on his executive staff.  Also, his wife is pretty smart and good looking herself.
Will I endorse Trump now?
Of course not.
Later, will I become a political Trumpet?
There is probably a good chance at that but the election season has just begun and Trump is still leading the polls.  And there is a political lifetime left before the first elections, so who knows what will happen.

Religion Of Peace + Liberals=Cops Death in

From the NY Daily News: A group of New York’s Finest will gather in Queens on Monday to make right what they feel is one of the city’s biggest wrongs from more than four decades ago.
The street in front of the NYPD Police Academy in Flushing is set to be renamed “Patrolman Phillip Cardillo Way” after the brave officer who responded to a fake emergency call and was fatally shot inside Harlem’s Nation of Islam Mosque No. 7 on April 14, 1972, by a gunman who was never brought to justice.
Fearing a riot during a time of racial tension, then-Mayor John Lindsay ordered police brass to allow witnesses and suspects to be released from the crime scene. Lindsay and then-Police Commissioner Patrick Murphy skipped Cardillo’s funeral and apologized to Harlem leaders who said cops were invading the mosque. Many believe Lindsay put his political aspirations above seeking justice.
“I want this day to be about Cardillo and nobody else," said Victor Padilla, 71, who raced to the scene that day.
"He sacrificed his life. None of us matter," Padilla said.
Padilla, who was swamped and beaten by assailants, heard Cardillo's last words before he was shot with his own gun — “My partner's upstairs!” That partner, Vito Navarra, will be at the ceremony.
So will retired detectives Randy Jurgensen and Sonny Grosso, who raced to the scene from a stakeout. Jurgensen wrote the book “Circle of Six,” and Grosso wrote “Murder at the Mosque” about Cardillo's shooting.
Patrolman Rudy Andre, who fired through the locked mosque doors to gain access to the injured officers, will be there. Also attending is the nephew of deceased Inspector John Haugh, the commander of the 28th Precinct who resigned in protest over the way police brass disrespected Cardillo.
Pallbearers at 1972 funeral carry casket of Patrolman Phillip Cardillo, slain at Harlem mosque.

Pallbearers at 1972 funeral carry casket of Patrolman Phillip Cardillo, slain at Harlem mosque.

Although none of the cops now training at the academy were even born when the incident happened, Grosso said he believes the street renaming will educate generations of cops about the terrible consequences of politicizing police work.
“I don't think something like this could happen again, but you never know what frightens people,” Grosso said.
Re-naming a street in Harlem was the first choice of Cardillo’s advocates, but many in the neighborhood were opposed to the idea, saying it would “open old wounds.”
“It's not perfect, but the Police Academy is the next best thing,” said retired 28th Precinct cop Tim Motto.
The NYPD maintains that the Cardillo murder investigation remains open, and detectives still attempt to debrief suspects who may have knowledge about the killing.
One suspect, Louis 17X Dupree, was tried and acquitted by a jury of Cardillo's murder.
Who cannot see this happening in the very near future?  Both the muslim murdering cops and liberal politicians acting like a-holes.

Hillary Disses Women

From CNN: Hillary Clinton used a speech here Saturday to slam Alabama Republicans, including Gov. Robert Bentley, for the state's decision to close 31 driver's license offices and require proof of citizenship to vote....
Fifty years after Rosa Parks sat and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. marched and John Lewis bled, it is hard to believe we are back having this same debate about whether or not every American gets a chance to vote and exercise his rights."
Exercise His Rights?
Not exercise our rights?  Howabout "Everybody's rights"?
Nope, it's "Exercise his rights"
I guess Hillary is taking the women's votes for granted.

People Are Such Pigs

I work at a big box store, where the name name starts with a K and has the same last name as Wal-Mart.
today, while getting the grocery carts, I found 4 baby diapers (as opposed to adult diapers) inside of 4 different carts.
Why would parents do this, especially since there garbage cans within 15 feet of where I found the carts.
And this is not the first time.  In the last 4 weeks or so, I have picked up at least 10 baby diapers from grocery carts.
And these parent wannabes think they are good parents?
And they think people want to use the carts they threw their dirty diapers?
These parents are such pigs and I am sure their kids will be the same way because the apple doesn't fall from the tree.

More ObamaCare Disaster

One cannot logically or sanely argue that ObamaCare has been a success.
From Michelle Malkin:
It’s deja screwed all over again.
In the fall of 2013, our family received notice from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado that we could no longer keep our private health insurance plan because of “changes from health care reform (also called the Affordable Care Act or ACA).”
We liked our high-deductible preferred provider organization plan that allowed us to choose from a wide range of doctors. But Obamacare wouldn’t let us keep it. Reluctantly, and after great bureaucratic difficulty, my hubby and I enrolled in an individual market plan with Rocky Mountain Health, which offered a much narrower provider network than the Anthem PPO plan we had before the feds snuffed it out.
Thanks to “reform,” our two kids’ dental care was no longer covered, and we had our post-Obamacare insurance turned down at an urgent care clinic — something that had never happened before.
This summer came another bombshell.
In August, we were informed of the “discontinuation of your Rocky Mountain Individual and Family plan effective December 31, 2015.”
Over the past month, we have received several bold-faced notices alerting us that “IMPORTANT ACTION IS REQUIRED: YOU MUST CHOOSE A NEW INDIVIDUAL & FAMILY PLAN TO MAINTAIN YOUR HEALTH COVERAGE IN 2016.” The clock is ticking: open enrollment begins Nov. 1.
The coerced choices are pretty damned crummy. Individual market PPOs have evaporated. We are being shoved once again toward the Obamacare government health insurance exchange vortex known as Connect for Health Colorado (which should really be called “DISconnect from Health Colorado). Or into a narrow regional HMO.
So much for “If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period. If you like your health care plan, you’ll be able to keep your health care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what,” eh, Mr. President?
Obama lied and our health plan has now died — twice.
“Progressives” sneered at millions of us who received the first round of individual market health plan death notices. Mother Jones called it the “phony canceled health insurance scandal” when I first reported my 2013 health plan homicide by Obamacare.
But it’s real, it sucks, and we know we are not alone among the estimated 22 million other Americans who purchase health insurance directly on the ever-shrinking individual market.
In Illinois, Blue Cross announced it was eliminating its most popular individual plan with the largest network of doctors and hospitals of any of its offerings, Blue PPO. More than 170,000 enrollees will have to scrounge up an alternative. Customers are panicking, and insurance broker Mike Troha told the Chicago Tribune last week:
Yeah, sucks to be her along with the other thousands if not millions of people who have been screwed over by ObamaCare.
So, Hillary, do you support 100% of ObamaCare?

As Well They Should

From the NBC News:  Donald Trump and Ben Carson are both threatening to boycott the next Republican presidential debate if CNBC, who is hosting the event, and the Republican National Committee do not change the stated format of the event.
"Neither Mr. Trump or Dr. Carson will participate in your debate if it is longer than 120 minutes including commercials and does not include opening and closing statements," the letter, obtained exclusively by NBC News and signed.
They take issue with CNBC's plans for a debate that doesn't include opening and closing statements, and runs two hours plus up to another 16 minutes in commercial breaks. According to Politico, CNBC distributed a memo outlining these plans that indicated all candidates had agreed to them.
In the letter, the candidates write that "neither of our campaigns agreed to either the length you propose or your ban on opening or closing statements. In fact, neither of our campaigns were even consulted."  by both candidates, reads.
The Fact that NBC and CNBC lied is not surprising and if the GOP candidates think this is the only slight, they are seriously mistaken.
NBC is a very liberal news company and why the GOP would want to even participate with NBC is beyond me.
After all, the democrats are very, very scared of going on Fox and so they won't.
So, why would the GOP want to go on NBC?

Courtsey Of The Obama Leak Machine

From Fox News:
Three months after Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email address and server while secretary of state was referred to the FBI, an intelligence source familiar with the investigation tells Fox News that the team is now focused on whether there were violations of an Espionage Act subsection pertaining to "gross negligence" in the safekeeping of national defense information.
Under 18 USC 793 subsection F, the information does not have to be classified to count as a violation. The intelligence source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity citing the sensitivity of the ongoing probe, said the subsection requires the "lawful possession" of national defense information by a security clearance holder who "through gross negligence," such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location.
Subsection F also requires the clearance holder "to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer. "A failure to do so "shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."
The source said investigators are also focused on possible obstruction of justice. "If someone knows there is an ongoing investigation and takes action to impede an investigation, for example destruction of documents or threatening of witnesses, that could be a separate charge but still remain under a single case," the source said. Currently, the ongoing investigation is led by the Washington Field Office of the FBI.
My thinking is that the White House/Joe Biden camp has not gotten the memo that Hillary is the heir apparent to President Obama.
Consequently, we will keep seeing these leaks come out and Biden thinking about getting in.
And the FBI doesn't mess around and they won't care if Hillary will be the nominee or not... or at least I hope so.

Government Out Protecting Nevada Casinos

This could become interesting.
From the LVRJ:
Nevada gaming regulators banned unlicensed daily fantasy sports websites from providing their product to Silver State customers, saying the activity constitutes sports wagering.
In an order filed by the Gaming Control Board Thursday, the agency said daily fantasy sports websites, such as DraftKings and FanDuel, can apply for a Nevada gaming license to operate a sports pool. The Control Board issued a "cease and desist" order that bans the websites from Nevada.
"Since offering daily fantasy sports in Nevada is illegal without the proper license, all unlicensed activities must ceases and desist from the date of this notice," wrote Gaming Control Board Chairman A.G. Burnett.
Burnett said Nevada sports book operators could offer daily fantasy sports, however, they "should exercise discretion in participating in business associations with daily fantasy sports operators that have not obtained Nevada gaming approvals."
Added Burnett in an interview, "We're not saying they can't do (daily fantasy sports). We're saying they can do this as long as they have a gaming license."
The Control Board, through an "exhaustive analysis" by the Nevada Attorney General's office, determined daily fantasy sports constitutes sports wagering.
Fan Duel has been around since 2009 and Nevada could not care less about it until now, when they have become a billion dollar industry and probably has taken a significant amount of money from the casinos in Nevada.
And this is what the gaming regulators do in Nevada, protect the casinos.
Next thing they will ban is playing the stock market.

Happy "Back To The Future Day"

When Journalists Break The Law

From the LVRJ:
Tesla said in a blog post this week that two staffers with the Reno Gazette Journal newspaper were found trespassing at the company's massive battery factory in Nevada on October 9.
According to Tesla, the two people had climbed through a fence displaying "private property" signs, and when confronted by security, attempted to drive away in a car.
"As the Tesla employee attempted to record the license plate number on the rear bumper, the driver put it in reverse and accelerated into the Tesla employee, knocking him over, causing him to sustain a blow to the left hip, an approximate 2" bleeding laceration to his right forearm, a 3" bleeding laceration to his upper arm, and scrapes on both palms," Tesla said this week.
The Storey County Sheriff's Office could not immediately provide arrest records from the incident. Tesla said one journalist was arrested.
The Reno Gazette Journal, in a news article, reported that one of its photographers was arrested on a charge of battery with a deadly weapon.
Besides journalists who think that they can input their opinions into their articles, provide a mostly liberal slant to the news, now some journalists believe they can break the law to justify a story, whatever it was.
We are in a an era of just horrible journalism.

Gee, California Liberals Lie

From Fox News: About 1,400 of the state's 3,700 inmate firefighters have previous convictions for violent offenses, California corrections officials said Wednesday, a stunning acknowledgment from an agency that for years said only nonviolent prisoners were allowed in the program.
The disclosure came two days after The Associated Press reported that the corrections department was considering expanding the criteria for inmate firefighters to include those with some violent convictions and with more time left to serve on their sentences.
Corrections spokesman Jeffrey Callison said the department provided inaccurate information to AP and other news outlets and on its website. He said inmates with violent backgrounds have been serving since at least the 1990s but he and other spokespeople did not know that.
The head of the union that represents state firefighters called for an investigation.
Callison blamed the misstatements on differing definitions of what constitutes a violent background. Although the penal code includes hundreds of offenses considered to be violent, prison officials have long considered inmates to be nonviolent if they have a minimum-security classification for good behavior and a significant length of time in prison without committing a violent act.
What, the fools in California don't know what constitutes a violent crime?
How about if they hurt someone?
A lot of people need to be fired because of this because whoever decided that the violent offenders could fight fires put firefighters and communities at risk because of the violent thugs.

Yeah, This Will Work Out Good

Brought to you by the idiots of the Iran nuclear deal.
From Fox News:
The Obama administration is under pressure to help calm the growing violence in Israel which has some warning of a third intifada, as Israel's military steps up its response to deadly Palestinian attacks by deploying hundreds of troops.
Amid the unrest, Secretary of State John Kerry just announced plans to visit the region, and has spoken with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
Kerry/Obama solution: Israel surrender to the arabs and muslims and turn over Israel to Hamas.
Tell me that is not what Obama dreams about.

More Voter Fraud, More Need For Voter ID

From the Kansas City Star:  One of the three people Kansas’ secretary of state has accused of voter fraud says he lives part time in two states and thought he could legally cast votes in both of them.
The Wichita Eagle reports Lincoln Wilson, 64, is charged in a felony complaint Kris Kobach filed on Friday in Sherman County on the Colorado border.
Kobach says Wilson perjured himself on voting forms and voted in 2010, 2012 and 2014 without being lawfully registered.
Wilson acknowledged voting in both states but says he thought he was restricted to voting in only one county in each.
Kobach also filed criminal charges against a Johnson County couple who are accused of voting in both Kansas and Arkansas in 2010.
All three of the defendants are Republicans. all voter fraud cases are democrats and these Republicans more than likely cancelled a Democrat vote, which is bad.And it is possible that voter ID could have stopped these illegal votes.More reason to enact voter ID bills.

This Was Just Gross

Today, I went to a Maverick gas station/convenience store in Kingman this evening.
The cashier, a pretty big lady, decided that was just a great time to eat sunflower seeds and then spit the seeds in a cup, while waiting on customers.
That's just gross.
Maverick is a store that is located out west, mostly in Arizona and Utah.

Doesn't Obama Get Basic Information?

To me this is very strange.
From CNN: The White House on Tuesday backtracked on President Barack Obama's blanket assertion earlier this week that Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server as secretary of state didn't pose a national security threat.
Asked outright in an interview on CBS' "60 Minutes," Obama said, "I don't think it posed a national security problem."
But asked how the President was able to make such a definitive statement even as the FBI is looking into the server's security, White House press secretary Josh Earnest clarified that Obama's statement was made "based on what we publicly know now."
What the hell, doesn't Obama get more information than what the public knows?  Doesn't he get any security information that us little people don't know about?
And what most of us people who follow news just a little bit know Hillary did have classified information on her server and that there were some attacks to hack her server.
And Obama didn't know more than this?

Who Wins The Debate????

From the Drudge report:
Yeah, it's Drudge and it is unscientific, but Hillary could not get more than 10,000 people to vote for her and is 4th out of 5 cartoon characters, on probably the #`1 news web site, then Hillary is in trouble.

Stupid Liberal Media

You have to wonder about the sanity and mental capacity of a media moron named Robin Leach.  But Leach is old, incompetent and senile so that may give him a pass.
Leach was interviewing Ed Henry of Fox News, who was assigned to cover Hillary Clinton for the primaries and here was Leach's first question:
In a sense, you’ve become a legal stalker of Mrs. Clinton? You’re on her tail almost 24/7?
A legal stalker?  Seriously?
Maybe Leach, back when he was relevant, was considered to be a stalker of the rich and famous?
Sorry, Robin, but you are an incompetent old fool.  You cannot pronounce NASCAR driver names and you don't know how to interview real journalists, not pretend ones like yourself.

Oh, This Sucks

From Officer Down Memorial Page: Police Officer Tony Lossiah succumbed to complications of an injury he suffered during a foot pursuit in Cherokee two months prior.
He was suffered a torn muscle in his hip during the pursuit. The injury resulted in internal bleeding and additional complications. He was taken to Mission Hospital, in Asheville, where he developed complications from the original injury.
Officer Lossiah had served with the Cherokee Indian Police Department for 17 years. He is survived by his wife and five children
Read more:
Dying from a pulled muscle?  Geez, I've had numerous pulled muscles in my life time along with numerous others, especially athletes.
I've never heard of someone dying from that, especially at a fairly young age.
That sucks.
RIP to the officer and prayers to his families, friends and fellow police officers.
