From the Denver Post: Parents looking for guidance on car-seat safety and installation may not believe their ears when they call the Colorado State Patrol information line at 1-877-LUV-TOTS.
Turns out, that number is a phone-sex line.
When parents call the Denver Health car seat check-up event line, they are given the number for the Colorado State Patrol Child-Passenger Safety Team program, 1-877-588-8687.
That number has nothing to do with car seat safety.
Colorado State Patrol spokesman Nate Reid said the department is aware of the issue and is fixing it immediately.
The number has been taken down off the state patrol's website, but remains on HealthOne site, for the moment.

No wonder daddy has been on the phone for a couple of hours making sure they get it right when it comes to the baby car seat.
