Bad hair day and even worse, this thing decided to beat up a baby.

24-year-old woman kicked a 1-year-old girl in the torso and knocked her to the ground while yelling threats at other children Monday afternoon at the children's playground in Golden Gate Park, authorities said.

Bell of San Francisco, walked over to the girl and her father around 4:30
p.m. and kicked the girl in the chest "for no apparent reason," said police
spokesman Officer Gordon
Shyy.
The girl fell to the ground. Bell walked over to another group of children
and yelled that she was going to kill them, Shyy said. She ran away and was
arrested on Carl Street.The girl suffered minor bumps and bruises and did not need to go to a hospital. She was visiting from the East Coast to be a flower girl at a wedding in San Francisco, Shyy said.
Bell was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats and inflicting injury on a child, Shyy said. She also had an outstanding warrant for a traffic violation and a failure to appear in court.
